Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't learn about not buying open box from BestBuy this laptop was announced as excellent condition... received it all dusted, screen with stains.. a large scratch.. not manuals.. excellent condition describes a laptop to look new if I'm not mistaken, drove over an hour to pick it up. let the person that handled me the laptop all she said was just clean it with a wet towel or u can just return it.. ended up taking it home since i made all that drive. Also had returned another defective laptop to this store and they listed it as excellent condition same day. so beware of victory lakes BestBuy they don't play fair. I'm used to replace all my family laptops during this season but not anymore. im taking this laptop to get checked before returning window ends.

Even after 2 motherboards and 3 complete resets of the OS.
