    This is a disappointing, below average TV from Sony. I upgraded from an older Sony Bravia model and I’m just not seeing much of a difference. I’ve seen clearer and crisper pictures from other brands. I constantly have to adjust the picture settings depending on what streamer I’m using. I’d return this TV, but I truly have no interest in dealing with the chaos of a Best Buy store. My advice would be to try a different brand, this may seem like a good deal, but the TV is VERY basic, with a slow Google operating system. I have 3 other older Sony TV’s in my home that need to be upgraded, but I will definitely not be sticking with this brand.

    Never buying a Sony tv again picture and sound quality is great but forget about trying to mount it.stupid design because of the adapters that don’t even want to screw into the back of the tv. Never had a problem mounting any other tv in my life.

      Hi AustinW, Thanks for sharing your feedback. While we're glad that you like the picture and sound quality, we're sad to hear that you are having issues mounting the TV. As it turns out, the 43" X77L is not compatible with our optional Wall-Mount Bracket (SU-WL855). The SU-WL855 is only compatible with 55-75" sizes for this X77L series and select Sony OLED and LED models ranging from 48” class to 77” class. You can use any VESA compliant wall-mount with a screw hole pattern of 7.87 x 7.87 inch (200 x 200 mm). Please note that there is also a weight limit with any mount and the bracket that you'll be using needs to be able to support the TV weight. For the 43" X77L, it weighs approximately 20.5 lb (9.3 kg) without the stand.

      When mounting the TV, we recommend to have the installation done by a Sony dealer or licensed contractor and pay special attention to safety during the installation.
