This refrigerator is exactly what we wanted, so we are completely satisfied with the product. However, the Best Buy on-line experience left a great deal to be desired (poor user interface, poor communication); from now on, I will probably do any business with Best Buy by going to the store itself.

It's been 4 months since delivery. Frige has been working great. We don't need a lot of functions. That fits me perfectly. I hooked up with my Samsung smart life. It tells me the temperature and if i forget to close it.

This was exactly what we were looking for! Tons of space and well built! My favorited part is the ice machine inside the freezer! Buy it! Also the delivery guys were so nice and accommodating.

The refrigerator we order is great, love it! Looks really nice.

I like everything about the fridge. From the Led lights to the beautiful chrome outside doors. So easy and practical.

This is a very well-designed, spatially efficient refrigerator. The clean lines add to its visual appeal.

So far so good. Had it for a month now. Fits perect into our kitchen. Replaced an old GE model. The Ice Maker is fantastic. The Space inside is adequate. The engineering of the guts of this thing is pretty great and make it fit more snug into its space giving us more available space in the kitchen. The lighting inside is very adquate. I would equate this thing to the plane jane model which is perfect. We don't need all of the extra bells and whistles that will just break in the future anyway. Very solid.

Entire process was smooth, fast approval, fast delivery, delivery guys were super nice and careful, they even delivered in heavy snow. We love the new Samsung fridge…no problems or complaints so far.

Great fridge. We have a family of 9 and it’s enough space for what we need. The kids like the ice dispenser in the pull out freezer. The front of the fridge stays clean as it’s intended. Overall, very pleased with the fridge. My only complaint is with regards to Best Buy. Purchased it in September only to see it reduced by $500 40 days later. According to Best Buy policy, however, it can’t be price matched. That was hard to swallow given the short window of time and a pretty significant reduction in price.

This is a nice fridge! I had the older model for years so we decided to stick with the brand. The ice is cool, perfectly squared everything works good. The one thing we noticed is it seems smaller inside than the previous model. Could be my configuration, but Love the fridge overall

This is the best fridge ever.I don't have an ice maker set up as yet. I just set water into trays and that works pretty well.

So far so good. I love the two types of ice it makes for different uses. Seems huge after the smaller refrigerator we had.

This was my first purchase from Samsung refrigerator, and honestly it is working perfectly! I love the sleek look which fits and matches my kitchen decor. Love it!

Product works great. Have not been able to test the water & ice lines just yet. But works for us as a 2nd fridge. The doors are not sitting level but that's ok for an open box as everything else is in great shape so far.

LOVEEE this fridge. Has everything you need and the super spacious.

A lot of room in this refrigerator and it fits through a 32 inch door way.
