I had to deal with Samsung because it was under the one year manufacturer warranty. I’ve spent three weeks going back and forth with Samsung and their third party technician company to try and resolve this issue. Meanwhile, doing all of this without a working refrigerator. A horrible experience and terrible customer service and support. What’s worse is having no support from Best Buy even though I’ve paid to be a total tech member. Now, Samsung is stating they’ll provide a refund but it’s less than what I paid for. How is this even possible?????

This one has flimsy shelves with less ability to adjust them. There is no allowance to catch spilled water on outside water dispenser. We got the same model that we used to have, but the quality was less for the same cost.

Don't waste your time or money

Full fridge full of spoiled food twice. The app does not stay connected, so there is no alert that the fridge is down, unless you are at home in the same room. It takes over 1 hour every time I call Samsung on hold to get through to a human. I can't request service online, as my fridge does not show up to choose. When you register, it kicks you out, stating it is already registered. Phone support must go through their tree, cannot submit for service without it. Goodbye another 3 hours. You have to call back and tell them it still is not working. The freezer ice bins are wonderful though and I will miss them when I dump this crappy fridge in the trash.
