    We have only had the unit for 2 weeks but so far so good. Love all the ice options and the seperate freezer space makes organizing much easier.

    Having the freezer separated into 2 drawers wastes valuable space. There is not enough freezer space for a normal amount of freezer items for a small family of 2 people. I will have to buy a small stand alone freezer chest.

    You will be STUCK [literally] with a dirty fridge!

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FRIDGE OR THE Samsung - 26 cu. ft. French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice - Stainless Steel I will tell you for the simple reason is that it easily captures spills within the vinyl that seals and protects ends of shelves and they are UNREMOVABLE so that means YOU CANNOT CLEAN THEM! I originally purchased the Samsung - 26 cu. ft. French Door Counter Depth Smart Refrigerator with Four Types of Ice - Stainless Steel and got NO SUPPORT from Samsung and was told I had to PAY to have a Tech come out and disassemble the fridge to clean it. The fridge isn't cheap so not that I even wanted them to clean it but allow me to be able to or show me how. There is no how! I got this one now and have the same issue. Got geek squad protection this time around because I was told had I had it the first time it would have been covered and I am encountering the same issue. I would have kept this one which I liked more due to the four door feature. Stay away unless you are okay with having a dirty fridge forever!

    I didn’t like the freezer because it’s too small. The should have enough space for bottles.

    Everything works great. I would say thw freerer seems a bit smaller but we needed it more for refrigerator space anyway. Love having the 2 drawers so things dont get piled in.

    Continuous problems with ice maker freezing up

    I have had this fridge since 2017 and the first year it worked great. Then I began having problems with the ice maker and have had it replaced 4 times under manufacturers and extended warranties. It continues to freeze up which ticks me off--I have noticed this same model/design still sold with the ice maker in the fridge. I'm so disappointed in this fridge and would like to know why this has not been recalled/fixed. I will never buy this type of fridge again--Samsung has known about this problem over 6 years and not fixed it yet!

    I wish it lasted

    I bought this in early 2019. First, like many Samsung’s, the ice machine hasnt worked in years. Second, after 5 1/2 years, the compressor is overheating and given the cost of repairs, its time for a new fridge. It would really be nice if someone would make refrigerators that lasted.

    This fridge is more worthless than a dorm room beer fridge. It's bulky on the outside, but it's so small on the inside you can barely fit anything. Dealing with Samsung is a joke. You can't get a hold of anyone. If you do speak to someone, they magically disconnect you while dealing with your issues and then when you call back there are no notes. They're no help and they call it buyer remorse. I'll only be buying appliances who actually care about the customer. Thanks for nothing.
