Extremely Disappointed – Brand New Never Worked
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this Samsung 25 cu. ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator from Best Buy on May 3rd, 2025 as a gift. The house was being remodeled, so it was only turned on two months later—and it never got cold. Brand new, and the refrigeration has never worked. Samsung sent a tech who couldn’t fix it, and the follow-up appointment has been postponed twice. Months later, it’s still broken. I paid a premium price for a useless appliance and have gotten nothing but delays and excuses. This is completely unacceptable—terrible product and worse service.

samsung fridge

Black screen of death

Worst product ever

Fell in love with this refrigerator. After having it for less than four weeks it failed and to be replacement parts wasn’t available so the manufacturer deemed it unusable.

Returned it and now with a different fridge. Process was very smooth and Blake and Tae from Gainesville store were very helpful.

Two big issues within 18mos

So happy!

The difference it temperature, space and ice is unreal! Foods that spoiled in a few days in the old now last crisp and fresh so much longer! The smart screen I chose apecifically for the whiteboard to make to do lists that otherwise I would keep putting off then feel overwhelmed on where to even start. It worked the very first weekend :)
