    Fridge works well sometimes the water drips from the front and doesn’t say super cold from the water dispenser

    The worst for appliances

    After spending hours on the phone with Best Buy and Samsung and not getting anywhere and as to how to install the refrigerator after I paid for having the installation and was never set up for me I finally figured it out on my own how to work the refrigerator. I will never buy any large appliance from Best Buy again. I haven’t had it long enough to read the quality

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON REFRIGERATAOR

    This is the 3rd time my refrigerator has broke in 14 months. It was fixed in March, and now needs fixed for the same thing. Today it went completely out. The best they can do is have someone come out of Monday. They said even with them coming out on Monday, it probably won't get fixed that same day. I cannot go 4 or more days without a refrigerator when its 95 degrees out. The total plus member warranty is a joke also. I will be going to home depot after work to buy a new one! I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN BEST BUY EVER AGAIN!

    Delivery is a nightmare

    I'm sure the fridge is fine. It just never arrived. I paid for delivery. On the first attempt they tried to deliver the wrong fridge. I refused that delivery and it took a few days for Best Buy to sort that out. They finally agreed to deliver the proper fridge the folloing week. At 6:30 AM on the delivery day, the driver called me and said he did not have my fridge on his truck. I'm just getting a refund and going to Lowes or RC Willey

    Don’t purchase a Samsung product

    Worst brand ever!!! We bought it and two months later the compressor broke down and not just that but Samsung had us wait for more than a week in a temperature of 100 degrees with a baby in the house without a fridge. Their customer service sucks! They’re very rude and unprofessional. Every time we ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor they hang up on our faces.

    Lost $500 worrh of foid due to terrible customer s

    Extremely poor. Lost all of our food because the delivery team was soo incompetent that they delived my fridge thousands of miles away in Chicago Illinois when i live in Houston Texas. Then took two weeks to reschedule because their customer service is based in the Philippines. Would never ever buy anything like this again from best buy.

    Buyer beware, Samsung are thieves

    My family had this refrigerator for 2 months before a component broke. Samsung brought in a technician who could not fix it so Samsung offered me a full reimbursement for my fridge and guaranteed reimbursement for the groceries that the unit destroyed. This reimbursement process has taken 4 weeks and is still not done, additionally to get your food reimbursed they require you to hand write a list and send it to you via pictures. They reviewed the groceries we had lost in our fridge and freezer and offered us 35% of the value of our groceries. ON TOP OF THAT they ask you to hold onto the unit until you get paid, meaning you have to store the thing somewhere in the interim. I don't know how many of you have the extra time, patience, space, and income to be swindled by Samsung but I do not. This is the last Samsung product I will ever purchase and I will continue to tell anyone I know that if Samsung gives you a faulty product they will drag their feet paying you back and go back on their word. Don't waste your precious time, you'd be better off buying a styrofoam cooler and filling it with ice for the rest of your life.

    It was an open box item and did not work from the moment it was plugged in. It made a horrible noise and the installer immediately unplugged the refrigerator. Geek squad came out the next day and suggested we just return the item as parts were not yet likely available. Why was this unit not tested prior to offering it for sale or shipment?

    We just bought a 31 cubit foot Samsung refrigerator and saw 2 small dents in the freezer with water maker part which they didn’t even hook up.

    Samsung 31 cu. Ft 3-Door Refrigerator

    Two (2) Issues. One (1) Major Ice Maker won't dispense. The ice cubes bind-up the dispensing auger. Second; The pivot on the door is offset. So if your refrigerator is against a wall it will not open fully. Needs redesign. Inside storage and access is good.

    Samsung repair does not work

    Broke after 1 year of owning. Samsung only uses Cone Appliance in SWFL and they do not provide a phone number and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I strongly recommend not purchasing Samsung because. their products do not last and the repair companies they use do not have communication.

    At about 30 days after purchase, it stopped working. Reached out to Samsung, who can’t get someone out for over a week. So we have to deal with lost food, and lack of timely response for a heath and safety issue for a brand new appliance.
