    Purchased made as Best Buy Olus member with a 60-day return policy. Refrigerator was delivered damaged and told it would be replaced or a discount given. After weeks went by with no remedy offered, telephoned Best Buy and was told they won't deal with it after 15 days. Absolute crap of a company with no regard for customers.

    The Purchase Itself Was Fine but we were made to hire a plumber to install the water line for $150.00 bc best buy doesnt want the liability of screwing on the connection to the water line. Ridiculous! I could have done it by myself in 2 min and saved $150

    This product stopped working after 6 months. It was not easy to talk to Samsung customer service. When they were not able to fix the problem, it would take a month to get a refrigerator - which would not work for anyone to be without a refrigerator for a month. Getting a refund was our only option but that took hours on the phone and too long to verify the receipt. I had heard there were freezer problems with Samsung but bought this product anyway. Do not buy this product.

    Horrible refrigerator. All blame to Samsung. They should not be in the fridge business. Freezer never worked. Thankfully I purchased the additional Best Buy warranty.

    It was delivered with a dent in the door on June 1 and has not been replaced! It is the worst designed unusual refrigerator. I shoul receive a replacement that is usefull.!

    Best Buy sent someone to the house to install that could not even get it into the house. They spent an hour trying to get it through the front door. They damaged the trim to the door frame with the corner of the fridge. They ended up giving up and put it in my garage. I was told that someone will stop by to finish the delivery and install later that day. Now I'm told it will be another week. Watch ordering large appliances. They contract that out to people with no training.

    Product was installed by 2PM,couple hours later l was looking for the instruction book and found it in a drawer 1/2 filled with water. Couldn't get through to the store only India where he made me an appointment for next Friday and this is Saturday

    Policy issues hamper repair, increasing custome wait times. New refrigerator faile too several week to get the tech out and then could'nt repair it. Food Spoiied not sure obligationg the customer to purchase additional warretee absolves the manufacture or the intermedairy (Retailer/Best Buy) of responsability for the loss thinking litigation is warrented if you sum up all the folks who suffered from poor wokmanship you'd have very large class action lawsuit...

    There is a scratch on our door handle that happened during installation and the ice maker rubber was not affixed properly. They were supposed to send replacements but still have not.

    Don’t do it!! The only plus side is it’s huge… the negatives are that it doesn’t work!!! Never got cold, lost all of our food! So we had to trash and itemize all of this food. Then the guys came and picked it up and we had to buy a new one (we went LG) this time. Other positive is Best Buy was great about it and had us do a form and we are waiting for food reimbursement.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Had this refrigerator for less than 7 months and had to have repair man here twice within a month. Repair man was here September 4th and now I’m currently waiting for the repair guy to come again FOR THE SAME ISSUE! This is the 2nd time I will have to replace EVERYTHING in my fridge, and groceries aren’t cheap.

    So much potential plagued my failures

    I am going on my third fridge of this model in 2 months. The first one stopped cooling after 4 days. Got it replaced and the second one lasted a month and a half with the same issue. Going through warranty to get a new unit is simple but the timeline is long. IF you look at reviews around it appears to be a common issue with this model.
