Easily adjusted Wireless headset you can walk and talk anywhere. Comfortable and almost un-noticeable on your head.

Good for what I bought it for. Connects to laptop easily via USB. Would have been better if it connected to my land line as well. That way it can be used for both video calls on laptop and telecons on landline.

I previously owned this head set and needed a new one, because the wire was constantly twisting. Fortunately this one was packaged better. No wire twisting with this one at all! Ear phones are well padded and microphone adjusts at least 180 degrees if you need to move it away from your face. Volume adjustment on the wire is easy to pin on your shirt, most days I don’t need to do that. Wire is also nice and long (approx 5.5 ft from USB port to volume adjustment+ 2 ft from volume adjustment to head set). Quality sound and dependable! Worth the money, particularly if you must wear one for hours during the day!

Works well for the class with two way communications

I picked this headset up so I could work from home during COVID-19, taking a gamble on the quality considering how cheap they were. I liked it so much, I ordered a second for my wife! In summary, I am VERY pleased! The earpieces fit snugly and have excellent bass and treble. The mic is secure and solid. Meeting attendees never complain about my volume, and it's easy for me to mute myself or adjust my listening volume using the single control located on the earpiece USB cord. This headset works flawlessly on Windows 10, MacOS, and ChromeOS. There is nothing to install. Just plug it in and select the appropriate mic and speakers.

I purchased a second headset as I was traveling and had forgotten mine at home. I immediately wanted another logitech set as it is the only set that I have purchased that lasted and works fantastic. I use it for skype as well as for broadcasting an online radio station. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new headset for chat.

This headset works perfectly, the cord is nice and long and it feels high-quality. It's a 4-star for me only because it's uncomfortable to wear for very long because of the inward pressure on my ears. The photo is clear, the two earpieces want to be about an inch or so apart and squeeze your ears firmly trying to return to that position. For a single phone call, it's fine, but if the call goes for over 15 minutes, it's uncomfortable.

Items in use right out of the box. Excellent speaker and mic operation. Flexibility and comfort of fit meets our requirements/desires.

Good product, plug and play functionality. No additional drivers or equipment is required. The first time I plugged into my laptop USB, it recognized it as new equipment; thereafter I can plug/unplug at will. The mute button is inline on the cord and blinks when the mute is active. The only drawback and the reason it did not receive 5 stars, is the clip to attach to your shirt is not hinged to firmly grip it. The button has a tendency to move and slide off wherever you've attached it to your shirt/blouse.

This product is comfortable, affordable, practical. I have used it daily for work and it also last.

These are fairly decent for the price. Cord is longer than other brands I have used but still never long enough to walk around my desk. I have heard no complaints about the microphone or its volume. I had this for 2 yrs before the right-side of the ear piece has lost is mojo and ability to slide up and down. I use a bit of tape to keep it in place now. As a result and for comfort, I usually take these off after my conference call. I will likely buy again when needed or possibly upgrade to a wireless pair.

I work from home a couple of days and this is great works well with my HP desktop.

Good audio quality. Microphone must be good as callers say I sound clear. Cord is long enough to move around a bit and helps to no have to sit for an entire meeting. Like the volume control in the cord to help adjust volume quickly. Plug and play, just plug into the USB port and start.

I wanted a headset w/microphone for FaceTime and Skype conference calls. Works fine on my MacBook OS 10.12.3 (Sierra.) Go into Sound under System Preferences to configure the USB device in the Output and Input sections. Adjustable headband with a band of padding attached the horizontal strip across the top of the head. The headset's left and right cushions (2.25 inch diameter) fit directly against outer ears, without surrounding them, (in contrast to a set of large headphones where the cushions completely surround the ear and press against the skull.). Microphone boom swivels up when not needed. Volume and mute control placed 23 inches below the headset on the USB cable and works fine. Took advantage of a Best Buy sale. No regrets.

I purchased these for work since the headset that was provided to me by my company had major background noise in meetings. I had read great reviews about these and they are accurate! This headset is terrific, comfortable to wear for extended periods (meetings that run over scheduled time), the noise canceling works great and no background noise when I’m presenting or speaking during meetings!

I have loved these headphones for years. So, when my last one died on me I had to find a new one of it to get. I was so happy to find out best buy sold it so bought 2 of them. Because, everywhere else I had looked was sold out. I use these headphones for many things class for instance now that class is online through virtual meetings. I can hear my teacher and classmates good through the headphones and can speak to them as well through it. I also use them to listen to music, play games, and watch movies. I also love the volume control button which has been very useful for me.

Bought 2 for twins homeschooling. So far so good. The mic. Cancels out the room ambient noise pretty well. Headphone part works well enough for homeschool or even home office use. Don't expect it to be hifi grade for use in music production. They do a great job for this price.

This USB headset is easy to use and reliably gives you the ability to listen and speak at Zoom meetings. I purchased the headset because background noises were coming through my webcam microphone and disrupting the Zoom meetings I attended. The headset solved that problem. Installation was a breeze. Just plug into a USB socket on your computer and select Logitech devices for both microphone and speaker through Zoom. While the headset is generally comfortable, the on-the-ear design does get a little warm for long duration meetings (like 90 minutes).

Pros: Value for money. Good aound quality. Plug and play technology. Easy to use. Con: bit tight headband.
