I have used my headset for multiple 3 hour classes (10 min break every hour) and 2 full day sessions. Headset is comfortable about an hour at a time. For extended periods of time, consider a one ear head set that gives you the ability switch ears and consider a wireless headset. Problems with the microphone. No instructions to tell you if the mic is muted or not - blinking light or straight light. Nothing on line that I could find. Mic worked in some sessions but not others. Still haven't figured out the muting.

I've been using this headset for a month now and it has done the job. I use it for skype and gaming, and it's perfect for the causal user. If you spend more time using a headset, I would recommend something a little bigger and more comfortable that goes around the ears as after a while these can get a little uncomfortable and have sometimes found myself adjusting them after prolonged periods. But for the price, they have good sound and seem sturdy enough to last. Would buy again.

Not a geek so I can only state that it only functioned as a plug and play in my MS10 software computer. NO written instructions. So I plugged it in a prayed.... Audio is clear.. MIC worked without fiddling with software. Very light 99% plastic ... so not heavy duty but just what I need to use the computer to access an audio dialing program. I did not nor plan to use it for music.... only voice and the voice was clear.

This is a solid choice if you're on a budget. I bought this for work because sometimes my airpods just refused to connect to Teams. Highly recommended for a reliable headphones if you do not mind the wire part.

The headset is very good. It works very well for remotely attending classes via Zoom. The delivery from Best Buy was 4 or 5 days later than Best Buy predicted. Given the pandemic I think we should make some allowance. Best Buy seem to suggest it was a delay due to the Post Office. But from the tracking the Post Office did not seem to receive it from Best Buy until after Best Buy had estimated I would receive it.

They work as intended. My only "con" is the way they fit on my ears, and thats just a personal preference issue. Basically they are good

Needed to replace a 'cheap pair' of USB headphones. Picked these up and was not disappointed. Use with my PC and it works great. Good sound, easy configuration both in Windows and Linux. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that after awhile the headphones feel tight and there is not much play/adjustment. However, for the price I would highly recommend this item.

These headphones were not too expensive, but they have a good quality build and sound. I purchased these headphones only for use in Windows 7 with the dictation feature I tried them out with some music and they really sounded good. The only problem I have with these headphones is the cord is too long, but not really a complaint most people would have. The microphone is very very sensitive it picks up on every little sound. So if you are looking for something affordable entry-level for computer task these are great.

I was having trouble being heard in Zoom meetings with my laptop microphone. I bought this headset and am told I can be heard clearly now which is what I was looking for. This was an affordable fix.

Purchased two (2) of these- home and office. The description is very accurate and both work great. When in the office, you can carry on a conversation without any outside distractions. When speaking have asked individuals how the sound is on the other end and they tell me there is no noise. Use the one at home when have to work from home and am able not to distract other conversations or individuals watching tv. Great buy for the price.

Very clear sound and cuts out any back noise when talking through the microphone. Prefer it over my wireless model, much clearer.

I work for a software company and we use these in the sales department. I recently was able to work from home a couple days a week and kept forgetting my headset at work. I was excited to see that the ones we use were inexpensive. I have previously used the expensive jabra and plantronics wireless units that go for a couple to few hundred. This works just fine. Yes, it's not wireless, but I'll gladly put down my headphones for a break! Can't beat them for the cost!

These perform fine for the price. Good sound quality, decent cord length. However, the padded ear pieces are small and don't fully cover the ear, so they basically are pressing on your ears. On longer calls, they can become uncomfortable. I think I prefer the behind-the-ear style headphones that the older version of this model was as opposed to the over-the-head style they are now. Also the mute button is not a hard position switch - it activates/deactivates by simply pressing on it, so be careful to make sure you have not inadvertently switched mute on/off.

Bought these to do Spanish homework for college can also use them for work if my headset breaks down.

Great price for a basic headset that I use for work the mute button is in a great location and it does the job. It's a little stiff not too flexible but overall happy for the price can't beat it.

Good headphones do far not a big fan of wired headsets but its needed for WFH purposes. Only 4 stars because headset can get uncomfortable after a while and wire can get in the way when trying to type.

Good sound quality but not the most comfortable headset I've ever owned.

Feel good over the ears but the mic is solely on the left side and little getting use to. Also doesn’t turn all the way, it’s a specific angle. Not so much on noise cancelling and other party can hear your background. Overall great bang for the buck.

I've tried many headsets with mics and this one is the only set that does not bother my ears, since I DO wear them for long periods of time being disabled. Thanks a ton! If I should wear it out, as Arnold would say, "I'll be back!" for another set. lol :) Thank you!
