    Item not delivered as planned. Poor communication by Best Buy. We were told it can be schedule 3 weeks out after delivery cancelled after we had a person wait all day at home for the delivery. We canceled the purchase and won’t buy appliances from Best Buy again

    The fridge it’s self is fine. The protective coating over the doors was already peeling when it arrived and getting worse in a second spot a month into owning the fridge. It needs to have a better protective coating or none at all.

    After about 4 months, top left door stop closing with a light push. If you don't remember to close it all the way by hand it stays open until you walk by and notice it. no alarm, just doesn't keep food cold. Expensive for no durability. Really, really annoying. Would not refer, and wish I didn't purchase. To make it worse Best Buy warranty membership has turned into non coverage crap.

  • Would avoid, scratches incredibly easily

    Actually love the functionality of this fridge BUT it scratches incredibly easy. I just wiped it with a hand towel that was clean and free from any crumbs or debris, and it left a scratched. Used the same towel to wipe my microwave and dishwasher (both stainless steel but different brands) without leaving any marks. Will be leaving the same review on my stove, which also scratches incredibly easy. Really upsetting to pay a significant amount of money for things that end up not looking very nice after 5 months.

    This thing is FANTASTIC!!! Huge - replaces our kitchen side-by-side AND our small garage fridge. The snack drawer that can go from fridge to freezer is great, although I'm going to have a hard time taking it from the kids to use as a freezer lol. We lost the in door water but the space we gained more than makes up for it, especially since we still get the water from the nozzle inside. Fit and finish are great and it doesn't look as gigantic as it actually is.

    This fridge is so spacious. The middle drawer is a great addition that I didn’t know I needed. The freezer is deep and it has an additional drawer. It looks sleek. We get a lot of compliments on it.

    So far. I love the space and the app that notifies me when the fridge stays open too long. I also like the snack drawer. I put the kids snacks in there which is easily accessible for them. So far so good.
