Great sound and quality. It feels more comfortable, in my opinion, than the Sony WH1000XM5. I will say it sometimes slides off my head but it’s easy to look past that. It might just be my head lol

i also own a sony mx3, but this is much more comfortable than what the other is! i’ve literally worn them for 8 hrs straight and never felt like i need to take em off! sounds great too, immersive audio for the win for sure. ANC could be better though, that and the fact that it doesn’t have passive mode of listening :( but overall a great buy!

The Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra headphones are pretty awesome if you're into drowning out the world and just enjoying your tunes. The noise cancelling is top-notch; it's like being in your own little bubble, even when you're in noisy places. The sound quality is super crisp and clear, so whether you're into rock, jazz, or anything else, it all sounds great. Plus, the battery life lasts forever, which is perfect for long trips or just forgetting to charge them for a while. They are pricey, though. But if you're willing to spend the extra cash for some seriously good headphones that block out noise, sound amazing, and won't die on you quickly, these are worth it.

These are by far the best headphones I've ever bought. After setting them up through the Bose app, they connect and work seamlessly with my phone. I love how you can change the different audio modes from quiet, to immersive, and aware. I rarely need to charge them too, I swear I've only had to hook them up a handful of times since I bought them a few months ago. Best headphones for the gym, studying or working. 10/10 would recommend them for everyone!

I've been using these headphones for almost a year now, and they're good in pretty much every facet, but they still feel overpriced. Pros -The headphones are extremely comfortable. I'm somebody who has headphones on a lot of the time, at least 4 hours a day, and there have been very few days where I feel physically uncomfortable after extensive use. -They're durable. I have dropped these headphones, albeit not from very high places, but off the bed or out of my hands and I haven't noticed a single piece of cosmetic or internal damage. -The noise cancellation is really good for the intensity of the feel. I've had headphones that had better noise cancellation, but they felt like a complete pressure change in your ears where they would feel very intense on your ears and could easily make me nauseous after a while. These headphones have such a nice almost passive noise canceling that doesn't feel strong for the caliber of noise suppression that it gives you. Cons -The sound quality is okay. You can certainly get by with the sound quality, it is good and there's not really much to complain about, but, for the price, I feel that it really can be better. -There's no *normal* mode. You always have to be in either of the 2 ANC modes or transparency mode, there's no just normal headphone mode, which is an odd choice. -The power button is very finicky, which is pretty annoying for a piece of equipment at this price point. Sometimes holding the power button just doesn't work, and sometimes when the headphones are on, they have a weird delay when connecting or don't connect at all. They're definitely a good buy for somebody who holds qualities like extended comfort, good ANC, and being lightweight and portable, but if you want to buy them purely for sound quality, I'd explore other options at this price point. However I can't stress the extended use comfort enough, it really is spectacular.

These headphones truly sound amazing, and I’m happy to report they are comfortable. I can’t wear anything tight, they feel like painful vice grips on my head, but these are just as comfortable as the regular Quiet Comfort headphones that have been around for years, to me at least. The 700s felt tight and uncomfortable to me so I didn’t get them but these are a win. Sound is your typical great Bose over the ear headphones, but the Ultra line has a new feature where it feels like the music is in front of you rather than IN ear. It’s not just a gimmick to me, and when I turn it off and the music goes “back into my ear” I’m disappointed and I turn the immersive audio back on. It’s so good sometimes I check to make sure the sound isn’t coming from my ipad instead of the headphones. GET THESE they are awesome - I chose the Lunar Blue color, it’s fun to have something other than black, white, and beige/grey in the premium line. Thanks Bose!

Listened to Beats, Apple, Sony. Listen to for hours and these were by far the best in sound for the price. Bought on sale but still would have paid full price for these. Light weight and very comfortable and stylish to wear. Not bulky and easy to use.

I got these headphones to use as an alternate to my Sennheiser HD660s and in place of my Galaxy Bud2 Pros since I prefer headphones over buds. Music sounds phenomenal on these, the battery life is amazing, the noise cancelling is the best Ive ever experienced and the app and feature set is very easy to use and customize to your liking. Any time I travel I bring them with me and I find myself using these over the 660s frequently when Im in the mood for that isolated sound experience.

Very comfortable headset, slightly lighter it seems than the QC45 and the 700. Battery life seems really long, it held up on an 8 hr plane trip + 2 hr train ride and battery still has 50%. I personally can't tell too much of a difference between quiet ANC mode and the immersive audio mode, but the ANC is still great on the plane etc. I use the Airfly to connect to plane audio so that I can be cablefree, and these pair nicely to it.

These headphones are amazing. The comfort level, the size, durability, case, sound and features blew us away. We went into try a couple of different sets and after trying these, the choice was clear. It’s been a few months since we purchased them and we have absolutely no regrets. These were not even on our radar when we went into the store, but I’m glad we had an open mind. I feel like we ended up with the best headphones in this price range.

Get it to experience the world class noise cancellation immersive audio. It is light on your head, so you can enjoy surround sound. It is soft on your ears too and the various modes of listening can be customized to the user. The quiet mode will tune all noise out. EQ can also be customized to the user preference. It is competitively priced but is worth the investment.

Bose quiet comfort headphones are - comfortable. Who knew? I own an older set of their in-ear buds, which I really like, but I can’t leave them in much longer than a 3 hour flight before I gotta get them out. These over the ear muffs are deceptively comfortable for being this compact. You almost forget you’re wearing them. They are lightweight and the noise cancelling is excellent. You get two settings, quiet and aware. Aware allows external noise to get through as you’d imagine, and avoids people having to tap your shoulder to get your attention. Quiet mode? If your eyes aren’t open you’ll get lost in your music and folks will startle you. You can tweak the sound profile in the Bose app a little, but I’m pretty happy with the stock settings. The connection is quick and pain free to my phone or laptop and I’ve never had it drop. The battery seems to last forever. I use them for zoom calls, as well as music. The microphone for the noise canceling does a good job picking up my voice for the call and minimizing external noise, so it’s better than I thought it would be for that purpose. Bose hit it out of the park at this price point.

These headphones are great and I love that they are noise cancelling. I have a smaller head and this was the only brand that actually seemed to fit ok (though still a tad large). I’m less crazy about needing my phone to adjust some settings. I most need to switch between transparent and noise canceling while at work, but if I choose that setting for the headphones, then I need my phone to switch other settings. I have no connection issues with my iPhone, and the battery lasts forever. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, and only took a point off because of the sizing and settings options mentioned above.

Awesome headphones- better than the NC700

Pretty good- I was coming from the NC700s and wanted to upgrade- initially went w/the Sony 1000MX5s but although the sound was INCREDIBLE w/them, I really couldn't get used to the controls and the app. I then found that Bose had switched back to QC as the flagship model, so I gave those a shot and despite the Sonys having a slightly better (IMO) sound (and the QC Ultras aren't BAD- they're just a lot more neutral than the Sony headphones- the Sonys had more 'natural' low-end' IMO), the QC Ultras have INSANE noise cancelling- literally, I was listening to music w/them on the first night at a high-ish volume and couldn't hear myself snapping my finger in front of my face- the BEST noise-cancelling I've ever experienced. So, I kept them- don't regret it, but I MIGHT be looking into a pair of Jabra Evolve2 85 headphones b/c I do use these at work all day and these aren't the best w/Teams/Microsoft (tbh, the Sony ones were NOT any better and MS is notoriously horrible w/BT for Teams). Oh, battery life is pretty amazing- had to charge the NC700s every night (use them on the bus/train to midtown from south Brooklyn and sometimes for most of the day at work and then again on the ride home)- w/these, at most I'm charging them every other night- not even always.
