This is the best headset I've ever used. I've been working remotely for years, and these are the most comfortable set that can be worn all day. The noise cancellation is superior! Well done Bose!

Do not get me wrong and take me personally base on my 4 months of experience with the bose quietcomfort ultra headphones I like it so far because it feels comfortable it just feels a little bit lose on my head just a little bit and the noise cancellation is good and the sound quality is good and it does a good job of reducing most noises it does not reduce some noises and I do believe the connection and the noise cancellation and the sound quality could be better with more clear sound quality nosie cancellation and audio calls other than that so far I like the bose quietcomfort ultra headphones

I returned Bose qc45 because the connectivity was CRAP; horrifically frustrating. I've since been awaiting these, and they finally arrived. Pricey, but the comfort, material quality and performance of this headset finally lives up to what I expect from Bose. I like that there are physical buttons, and the touch volume feature is dependable. I enjoy the different immersion modes and I particularly appreciate aware mode, for when I do want to hear any smoke alarm, etc (noise cancelling is amazing). With these, I had best phone call (hear and be heard) experience yet. I have yet to use with korg piano and/or ham radio, but so far, this is a keeper already. I've been a Bose customer for many years, and the qc45 experience had me considering divorcing Bose. This qcUltra headset solicits redemption and I am since reasurred of Bose comitment to quality.

Awesome! Even can plug av plug into phones if you're traveling internationally on the airplane and can listen to the movies on the airplane screen. Sound is crisp, bass is deep. Beautiful design. A+

I bought these for flights and general use. I don't like airpods. They don't fit well FOR ME. These fit well and I appreciate the different modes for noise cancellation. They're lightweight and the case keeps them protected.

Best headphones I have ever used. The noise cancelation is spectacular, it’s easy to use, the app is helpful. As a person with large stretched/gauged ears the comfort was most important for me and these absolutely deliver. No pinching, pushing, or soreness after long periods of use. Used daily for over a year and still amazing.

These are so comfortable. I can wear them and completely forget they’re on. The sounds is great too. Connectivity can be kinda wonky but I’ve recently switched from AirPod Pro Max so I expected to have to get used to new buttons and modes. I love these and I’ll never go back!

First time I've had Bluetooth headphones, and these do not disappoint! The noise cancellation is amazing, and you can customize your own for ambient sound. You can also customize the equalizer for more bass, treble, etc..they are VERY comfortable and the IMMERSION mode was incredible! I also like that it goes into standby when you take them off after short time, bit pause when you listen to music. You can get phone calls on these too...truly an outstanding product! Buy them!

Super comfortable, excellent battery life. Bose app allows for multiple settings options, as well as customizable setting templates to swap between easily. Took me a while to realize (bad at reading instruction manuals) but you can easily swap between the chosen templates for your device by holding down the button instead of opening the app every time.

Bose QC Ultra Headphones Review – Great Value 279

I bought the Bose QC Ultra headphones for $279, especially since the Gen 2 model is priced at $450. After using them, it’s hard to justify paying that much more because the differences are minimal. The noise cancellation is excellent, which is where Bose really shines. They block out airplane noise, traffic, and background chatter very effectively. Sound quality is clean and well-balanced, with solid bass that doesn’t overwhelm vocals or mids. Comfort is another strong point. The headphones are lightweight and easy to wear for long periods. Battery life is also good and more than enough for daily use or travel. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. The microphone quality during phone calls is disappointing for a headset at this price. Call clarity isn’t great, and people on the other end often mention that my voice sounds distant or unclear. I also didn’t enjoy the “follow your head” option in Immersive Audio mode. It feels more distracting than immersive and doesn’t add much to the listening experience for me. Overall, at the $279 sale price, the QC Ultra headphones are a solid buy.

I didn’t think Bose could improve on the QC-45, but these headphones are a massive upgrade. Noise-Canceling is better, immersive sound is fantastic, no connectivity issues, and the controls are pretty intuitive. It takes some getting used to with it not having a power button and reading your movements to know when you’ve taken off the headphones, but I’ve grown fond of that feature faster than expected. Definitely recommend!!

I did the test of these in the BestBuy store. I could not hear any of the store noise. I have the Airpod pro 2 and previous editions of Bose quiet comfort headphones. I can hear surrounding sounds from all of them. BUT NOT THESE! the ear cuffs and headband are very comfortable. Linking with iphone and ipad easy. Use of the Bose app straight forward. The headphones shutting off automatically when taken off is helpful. I was able to purchase on sale but they are worth the price.

I was less interested in the noise canceling component than the great sound/great comfort qualities. And in these I found a winner. They sound fantastic, and I can wear them for hours. Oh yeah, the noise cancelling element works great, too!

First, this is a superior product with outstanding sound and noise cancellation. I was amazed how these headphones eliminated outside noise. People tell me that my audio during phone and Zoom calls is great. Also, I like that the headphones tell which devices (by name) that you are connected to once turned on. Just a couple of minor issues: The ear cup material is faux leather causing the ear cups to cause some warmth and minor sweating when worn for extended periods. The volume control slider takes a bit of time to learn and I would have prefered a rocker switch for volume control. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product.

The QuietComfort Ultra proves that Bose still sets the benchmark for active noise cancellation. The silence is exceptionally clean, with minimal cabin pressure effect — ideal for critical listening in uncontrolled environments. Sonically, these are well-balanced with disciplined low-end extension, clear midrange articulation, and a smooth, non-fatiguing top end. The immersive audio mode adds convincing spatial width without sounding artificial. Detail retrieval is strong for a wireless ANC platform, and dynamic response remains composed even at higher volumes. Comfort and clamp force are dialed in for long sessions, and the Lunar Blue finish adds a subtle premium touch. For travelers and professionals who want accurate, refined sound with class-leading ANC, this is a serious contender.
