Been looking for some upgrades to replace my old computer. This seemed like one of the best returns on expense, cheaper than building it directly. Everything advertised was included, even if the storage and memory were a bit lacking I was happy with the purchase. I installed an additional SSD to keep any decent amount of software installed and that too went fine. Booted well and ran a successful benchmark which is better than some of my past experiences ordering prebuilts. Then I started to customize things. Disabled junk apps, deleted some of the bloat other reviews have noted, and made sure to get rid of the plague that is McAfee as soon as possible. Moved to update Windows Defender only to find out that its operation had been disabled and that I, as administrator, could not reactivate it. I was left picking between useless antivirus and no antivirus. This of course would not do so I sought to perform a clean install of Windows. This was already more complicated than I was hoping so I figured I'd set this install up on a SATA SSD to save space. When I tried to set up the new drive I find that the display port on the MB has been needlessly, senselessly plugged. If you have any hope of customizing this computer, hard or soft ware, give up and look elsewhere. I don't know why such sales practices are even legal.

Great gaming computer. Bought it to replace my daughter old computer. She loves it. All of her games run on max settings Very quiet. Expandable. We added her old hard drive. Highly recommend.

As a father who knows nothing about gamer PC's, I appreciate the fact that the hp omen was plug and play right out of the box with the omen monitor. It made for a less stressful Christmas and my son loves the computer.

overall, it’s a pretty solid mid tier gaming PC. the only problem i’ve found so far, is it’ll blackscreen on startup if you have something other than a keyboard/mouse plugged into one of the front USB slots. i’ve heard that could be a windows issue, so i wont hold it against it too much.

I’ve had this pc for about a month now and for the price it ain’t too bad they could of thrown in a hdd but it is what it is it’s a good pc it can run pretty much anything that’s released and that’s upcoming too

The customer service associate i worked with was the best, you guys didnt have the pc i originally was lookong at but he then notified me that the cersion better then the one in store and for cheaper.

Even after a fluke issue I'd still recommend HP. They don't seem to have the Intel 13th/14th generation issues that plagues other brands.

Im satisfied with it so far. Just wish it had more memory

My Grandson loves this game, it was a little pricey but , he promised fo do all of his chores and help out more around the house. More importantly meep his grades up. That was the deal breaker for me.

love this desktop! if youre a first time gamer and looking to invest in your first desktop, this is the one for you. Also the asthetic is pretty amazing as well especially when gaming at night.

The computer runs fairly smooth video card does not have enough gb also needs more memory but overall a decent machine

So far a great purchase! I’ll probably still use my PS5 for some things, but aside from that, I’m converted.

I got this a little while ago, an i honeslty have no complaints what so ever. This rig is pretty solid from what i can see from the specs. The hardware isn't to bad either.
