    Love this tv so much I bought one for my parents. It’s extremely user friendly, includes all the apps and has voice control so you don’t have to spend time typing.

    This TV has a very serious problem wih the sound. The sound range goes from 0 to 100 and with nearly every movie we watch I have to turn it up in the 90's and sometimes all the way to 100. I even bought a soundbar and I really can't see any difference with it. Everything else seems to work fine, so far. However, if you have problems hearing or if you enjoy clear loud sounds while watching TV, please consider what I just said.

    Too slow to turn on. Few aspect options. Remote restricts you to using menu or hoping Alexi is smart enough to know/understand what you want. Suggest buying a regular tv so then you get a normal old-fashioned remote with it. Then a fire stick can be added. Nice picture though. I've bought Insignia brand tvs for years without any problem. This one is just too slow and limited compared to my older 1020 tvs with fire stick added. Rtnd and rfnd.
