    After reading these reviews, I have no doubt many or all of the good reviews are fake. This TV is absolute garbage. It turns on by itself, it turns off by itself, and it disconnects Bluetooth devices randomly and for no reason. Additionally, the remote is garbage and not user friendly AT ALL, and it's impossible to program a universal remote. I paid around $150 for this tv, I believe. Cheap, right? You get what you pay for, right? Wrong. This television isn't even worth half of what I paid for it.

    This is the worst experience I've ever had with best buy my current TV is broke. I always get my tvs from best buy. I finally figured out the FedEx pickup and have all my proof it's been returned and now you say I have to way another 7 to 10 business days to get the refund I need the refund to buy another TV then I look on here to put the TV in my cart and it went from 113 to 165 or 140 something just forget it give me my refund and I'll go on Amazon! If I have to pay more after all this I'll do it else where! You guys have the TV I called customer service and they claim the refund had already been initiated but when I get a refund it shows it pending on my bank right now no refund is pending. I want my refund now! Another thing there was no sign of damage on that big 65 inch lg tv box you packed my small 42 inch tv in with just a piece of plastic and the TV was completely shattered u guys ripped me off so bad how can you package a damage tv? I want my refund now!
