I have major sound issues with using any of the HDMI ports sound would be so low you have to turn it the next min it would extremely loud where you have to turn it down. There is no consistancy. I tried multiple soundbars. Internet was anoyher issue. Did factory reset 8 times and it would work then issues came back. Called Insignia customer service and they told me to contact the sound bars manufactures. Then they wanted multiple videos and pictures and still didnt offer any help then they closed the itcket. Annoyed. Do not buy this piece of crap.

I'm not sure if it's my specific screen or an issue with the line, as all my other Insignia TVs over the years have been great and still work.

Purchased and while watching YouTube it cuts out to green images as breaking up has an extreme lack on the remote function and he quality for 4K is questionable!I used to have an old led 50 pound tv from 2012 with a firestick hooked into hdmi outlet never had a problem. Also randomly the tv will turn on when I’m not in the room on Netflix at level 70 in volume extremely loud disturbing as heck. Why the heck when the power is off and suddenly goes on when the sound was at 10 level before goes blasting loud at max volume like that. I would get my money back but too late stay away from this company and bestbuy!

Instead of going through the hassle of returning we set it up and when viewing it wasn’t noticeable. Just frustrating it’s there from out the box.
