Sleep, loss image problem

I called and asked for an exchange, but I was told there’s nothing wrong with it and that it’s just the way it’s set up. Please take customer feedback seriously—listening to our concerns would make a lot more sense going forward.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SPECTRUM TV APP

If you have Spectrum for your internet streaming, you can not load the Spectrum App! It is not compatible with the FireTV's. It is not listed anywhere and I didn't find out until the TV was beautifully mounted on a wall. Spectrum is the largest cable internet provider in the country, I believe. Kinda important to a lot of people.

TV bought for outside use, but didn’t work for us

Black Screen, Less than 30 days old

As of 3 days ago I have a black screen but can hear sound. Tried every reset method suggested and its still not fixed. I can't return or exchange the TV even though its not even a month old. The store in Cranberry TWP PA doesn't care I purchased a new TV (less than a month old) that is now useless. Was told to just buy a new one even though I just purchased this one for a little under 200$. Best Buy you need to make this right and replace the faulty TV!

Slow and cheap

Optical output was noisy too. If you can afford the extra $ for a comparable Samsung or LG do it, otherwise it's fine

step by step instructions

Personally, I,m 86 years old, beginning to be forgetful and healthy otherwise. I purchased the Insignia and had it installed. Trying to use the TV I soon realized there was no operating manual included. Other than turn it on I was unable to operate theTV. Searching, I did find one page included in the box that told meaning of the buttons. Wouldn,t it be sensible to include an 3-4 page that gave step by step instructions that created some successes? Not a good visit

I brought home three at three dufferent store visit. Others at customer service where returning a tv i was going to replace . So the store could have accepted a truck that fellover and decided well lets see if any are still good. Department audio tv seemed uninterested in customer service. Everythings a hslf answer like i knew jargan of tv sales.

Terrible TV

It has sound but no picture so I called Best Buy to use my Greek squad protection plan then they charge me $30 to come out to take the TV away and because they no longer so she says has this model I have to pay additional $40 for the same name TV so now I’m at a additional $75 including tax to get a new TV that I can’t get for a week. What happened to TVs last and longer than a year just not a good TV will never buy again.

Bad experience

I asked customer service and they asked me to go to the nearby bestbuy store.I went the nearest one half an hour away. And the store said they dont have. Then I go back to the customer service. Its so riduculous that this time, the agent said the tv donesnt need screws. And again asked me to go to the nearby store. I am enough and explained to them store doesnt have either. Then the customer service said they have no idea how to solve it.

Best Buy Is a Total Rip Off

It was like pulling hen's teeth to get a replacement, despite my paying for a 2-year warranty. In the process, what I learned was the scam you have. You only guarantee your products for 15 days???? So customers must PAY for your product to WORK? And when it fails you only provide a GIFT CARD? What a scam. And so you know, the replacement is beginning to FAIL. I'm considering, when it dies like the first one, despite only being in my home a couple months, driving to one of your stores and dumping your garbage outside your crook's doors.

Doesn’t Work. Freezes intermittently.

Literally the 3rd same Insignia TV after Exchanges and it still doesn’t work. When you go to devices and Restart TV it works every time. Problem is if you turn the TV off with the remote or it goes to sleep it comes back EVERY time working intermittently. Runs for 2 seconds freezes and runs for 2 seconds again over and over again. You then have to go to Devices and restart the TV for it to work right. 3 TV’s in a row and Tech support from Amazon, Best Buy and Netgear can’t figure it out. Disappointing and really irritating.
