    This tv is annoying and frustrating. There is no way to keep it from turning off due to inactivity, so once you pause it most likely it's going to turn itself off after a certain time. I've tried turning off the screen saver and putting the sleep timer as high as it can go and nothing works. I'm ready to send it back and get something else.

    This TV came without an owner's manual or the screws needed to attach the feet to the bottom of the TV. I had to buy screws myself at the hardware store to fix the problem. I called Insignia and they didn't help me at all.

    Purchased during Black Friday… didn’t open and start using it until February.. this thing keeps flashing white while I’m watching TV. Would NOT recommend

    It's a cheap tv so don't expect much. Best Buy's customer service was horrible, tv arrived damaged and getting it replaced and then returned was a nightmare

    The tv only worked for 24 hours. We ended up returning it for a Samsung that is working great!

    Don't buy unless you want constant issues with it powering down, disconnect from the Internet, at times the quality of the picture becomes awful. Sent off for repair for it back and few days later same thing. Will be returning this to.

    After I purchase this and tried to set it up it would not get beyond the network screen, I even called tech support and nothing would work so I returned it. After grabbing the exact same model, I got it up on the wall and when I turned it on there was underlying screen damage, a spider web of cracks. I ended up getting a different model (TCL) which set up perfectly

    Do not like how TV opens with "Fire TV" sign up. Each time you turn it on, then it goes to HDMI input. Amazon can't stop trying to up-sell. I have Roku

    Don’t buy it… it disconnects from WiFi constantly even when other devices stay connected it’s a waste of money what special Best Buy offers it for. One month and I want to toss it out the window!

    This tv has a lot of problems the Bluetooth gets disconnected constantly from the sound bar and the system moves around with out touching nothing it bad all around i would not recommend it
