    The first TV was delivered and after it was installed, did not work. Customer service was great. They shipped another TV and I had it in two days. Really happy with the TV otherwise.

    The picture quality is amazing! Makes PS5 games really pop. The sound quality is pretty good. The bass is fairly noticable, but not as even to my personal liking. Still a great TV!

    Got this tv for a great price and it's so much better than the one it replaced. Very responsive, great color and sound. No need for the sound bar with this tv. Would recommend it to anyone.

    This TV was to replace another brand (TCL) that failed after one year and in that time was only on for about 6 hours total. After no recourse (OOW) from said company, bit the bullet on the BB brand. It sits in a spare room that is vacant 99% of the time, but available for company if they want a TV. Been pretty good so far, but time will tell. I make it a point to turn on once a week.

    I've had this television for about 2 years and it's still showing a quality visual. The blacks aren't as deep as I'd like, but it's not an OLED so for the money this is well worth it imo.
