Customer service was great. They shipped another TV and I had it in two days. Really happy with the TV otherwise.

The sound quality is pretty good. The bass is fairly noticable, but not as even to my personal liking. Still a great TV!

Very responsive, great color and sound. No need for the sound bar with this tv. Would recommend it to anyone.

Other than that, the TV works just about as well as most others.

Great tv if it works

Insignia was very helpful in attepting to troubleshoot with me on the phone however that ultimately led to the recommendation of exchanging the tv. The 2nd one has given me no issues.

Refresh rate won’t be good for gaming on these new generation consoles. But if you want to plug in an Xbox one and play your dvds and blu rays and have a nice picture quality this is a great deal
