    Stuck on “Searching for your remote” screen

    After a recommended factory reset, the remote works with adjusting volume, muting and turning on/off tv however it will not proceed past the searching for your remote screen. Google showed that this was a problem that many had and could not solve. Even after recommended solutions of resetting the tv, remote, buying a new replacement Bluetooth remote, buying an Ethernet cord and downloading the fire tv app it still does not work.

    It is an amazing television, I never thought that for the price it would be so good, the colors, the materials and above all the fire stik is amazing, my daughter keeps losing things to Alexa, the images look good in color and not at all pixelated, all the details are so good I wish I had had or bought the biggest one
