    Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, but I'm disappointed in the service and how my concerns have been handled. The television was purchased at an open-box discount, and I don't recall the specifics of that discount because my issue lies with whoever sold it to me without explaining that the set-up process would be as challenging as it was. There was no box or remote provided, the feet were attached, and it was wrapped with bubble wrap. The stickers were still on the screen (energy savings, etc) when I removed the bubble wrap. It was sold to me this way, without being factory reset. Without a remote, I had to connect via Ethernet to my network, and I had to connect a keyboard which was used as a "remote" to factory reset and connect the remote I purchased separately (Amazon). I contacted Best Buy to let them know - I wasn't requesting anything but to formally complain because it felt like very poor service to make someone go to such lengths after paying your company for a product - I have not heard anything back about it since.
