    I bought this about a year ago and I am very happy with my buy it can handle any game I want on it and unlike other gaming laptops it is not bulky or too thick. It is easy to carry around

    Worked fine, this was an open box. The left speaker was very scratchy at any volume. Other than that the laptop performed ok and processed videos just fine. Will be replacing with a non open box.

    The best computer you can take, you probably think the memory ram is poor, but isn’t the processor speed and the graphics cards with the NPU are working very good and speed, that computer are amazing for gaming and using in the engineering software career

    love it, its super good its very powerfull for a laptop ,just a littel problem it does consume battery when its not charging I recommned you to keep the charger with you.

    Great laptop with just one minor complaint; fan noise. Seems no matter what power settings you use the fans run constantly. Going to try the G14 for comparison, hoping AMD processors will eliminate the need for constant fans.

    I use this for everything. The design isn't over the top like a lot of gaming laptops, so I can take it places and don't have to worry about what type of environment I'm in.

    Everything is great with this laptop the only downside for me is the non-upgradable and nvme SSD but if you are ok with 16gb of RAM of 1 TB SSD this laptop is all you need.
