Holy moly! So let me tell you this computer is way more than just a laptop! It is known as a “gamer” laptop, but I was about to drop $3900 on an apple laptop for my son. I decided to call the university he was going to go to for cyber security and this computer was what the department said to buy. They started talking specs, which for someone in the medical field it was a foreign language, but my son understood it. So reviews are great but to have an actual University say get this computer, well it has not disappointed. I may have to switch myself from apple. Great sales folks and very knowledgeable of the product. They answered my questions and it was a no brainer when I started doing a side by side comparison.

Easily the best this laptop line has ever been. I've had a G14 since 2020, and I've always been a big fan, despite some consistent quality control issues. This is on another level. I'm not personally as big of a fan of the silver color, but this thing feels like a macbook in terms of build quality. And god, the OLED screen. The display is probably the single best display I own, and that's a very high bar.

Amazing Laptop, superb screen, thin, light and powerful. Only problem is one of the speaker crackles, hopping to get it fixed by warranty this winter.

So far only had it for about 3 weeks and it gets really hot can’t play it on my lap for too long without burning. Other than that it’s good graphics fast processor overall performances is pretty good. The power on the batttery will only last 1 hr which isn’t convenient for a laptop. Not too happy with the purchase. Might return and get something that can last more than an hour of life without being plugged in. Another thing I didn’t like is that with my 2020 Mac Pro I am able to charge it in my car with the power box and with this laptop it’s not enough voltage to charge.

Managed to grab this laptop from my local store during a $500 off sale. Definitely an upgrade from the last generation! Laptop now has an aluminum frame, display quality is excellent, and includes the “Dolby Access” app by default for even greater sounding built-in speakers and beautiful display settings for great content viewing!

New Zephyrus G14 chassis has a great feel to it. Didn’t realize this was such a big update this year. Although the cpu is nearly identical to the 7940hs with better AI processing, the OLED screen on this compared to the 2023 model makes this a worthy upgrade. The screen is gorgeous, combined with the new metal chassis make this a beautiful laptop. Highly recommend if you’re on the fence between a 2023 G14 and this new 2024 model.

Excellent gaming laptop love the OLED screen gaming is great on the laptop even if on 4060. Still get high framerate with frame generation.

Between this and the Blade 14, your notable differences are soldered ram on the g14 (negative), a much nicer OLED screen (3k 120hz), and savings of $600 between the two.

I am very happy with this laptop. It runs fast, has a clear and bright screen, and the battery life is excellent for daily use. It’s easy to set up, lightweight, and perfect for work, school, and entertainment. The value for the price is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Great speakers Beautiful screen The laptop ran very hot when playing games and personally i had an issue with the mouse not showing up sometimes, limited cooling and limited upgradeability did have me return this in exchange for a laptop with more versatility and better cooling.
