I’ve been using these almost 10 years, and they hold up for years a piece even with daily use in my experience. Bought my third or fourth pair overall now, so that I have a current backup for a new job/office as saw they were on sale at Best Buy. I’ve recommended this product to so many, as wow, they work so well across PC and Mac environments and various programs and platforms with ease.

I work from home and use these everyday. I take them off a lot just because I dont like having anything on my ears. The cord some how gets twisted. Other than that they are good headphones.

The associate that just walked up and asked if he could be of assistance was a sigh of relief. That doesn't happen anymore. I am enjoying my headset. Thank you

Very good product. Great sound. Good mic and easy to use. I guess the only problem is that when I wear them for several hours my ears get a little tired, but that has happened with even more expensive ones. So, overall a really good, reliable purchase.

I mistakenly packed my set provided by work onto our moving truck during our move out of state and needed a pair before the truck would arrive to be able to do my job. I picked these up as a temporary fill-in until our truck arrived. They were a step down in price, but now I like them better than the original 'better' set and have continued to use these after our moving truck showed up. Clear sound with a handy volume adjustment on the cable. People I speak with are able to hear my loud and clear on my pone calls through softphone.

This product is good, so I recommend it to anyone that's interesting.

I found the Logitech H390 USB headset after checking the reviews online. Those were done by experts in different fields, but they focused on pricey and trendy products, meaning they did not include headsets for my needs. I went to BestBuy and quickly identified the Logitech that fitted my needs and price point. It included the noise canceling microphone that I wanted for online courses and Zoom meeting. So far I have not gotten any feedback on how I sound on the other side, so I hope to get that done soon to find out if the sound-check is clear. From there I can figure out adjusting the microphone position. I do know that the audio is clear and crisp on both sides, especially comparing with other participants without any headphones, or those who need to regularly re-position their earbuds. My previous headset was about 12-year-old, double-wirer for audio and microphone (now so outdated!), with increased scratching interference. Installation was simple and easy. For me, the Logitech is a great choice at a fair price. Luck has it that there is a Best Buy a few miles from home, so the pick-up in store involves dealing with super helpful customer service people.

It is great for office use, comfy and good quality sound.

Great quality and value. Needed to update the same headset (bought the same exact model around 7 years ago). No technical issues (was simply starting to flake from age).

Use a headset when you're on Zoom/Skype/Teams/etc! Ever notice how some people sound loud and clear and others not so clear? It's not the connection - it's the difference between a mic close to your mouth and one that is not focused on you! I prefer a wired headset over Bluetooth. Forgetting to charge up a headset can be a very disruptive pain. The cable is long enough to allow me to move around reasonably by my desk during a call. Mic and wire/mute/volume control are both on the left side. Some people prefer right side; I don't - a wire that drapes on the right side can interfere with my use of the mouse. I have a right sided Logitech headset at work - it annoys me... Mute button is recessed so I don't accidentally mute myself - however - I have accidentally turned the volume all the way down. Oh well. Comfort is good. Unlike a gaming headset - which I tried - I don't feel like my head is being crushed and I can hear what is happening in the world around me when I'm on call after call...

I use these for work. The mic picks up my voice extremely well, especially compared to other models I have used. Highly Recommend!

Love this brand and device. Love that the mouth piece is on the left. Since cancer surgery, the right side of my face is sensitive. But with this model, I can easily adjust the headset to take pressure off my right ear. They last long as well. In the past 8 years, I only had a to buy three of these. Damaged one by accidently stepping on it.

I recently began working from home full-time and I needed a new headset. My previous headset worked fine but was not comfortable and, now that I'm wearing one for hours at a time, I needed that. I also still wanted it to be clear and functional. This headset is mostly comfortable - I'm not sure how much in price I would have to go up to get better, but I wasn't willing to pay more right now. It also is very clear with great volume. It is so clear that I bought a little windscreen to add to the end, to filter out my breathing and pops, etc. As for noise canceling, I don't think this mic does a very good at that. It doesn't pick up ambient sounds like the HVAC or low sounds, like the front door opening and closing in my house, but it does pick up most other things. For instance, I made a recording earlier and you could, on the recording, hear birds from outside. If you absolutely need better noise canceling, you might want to look at higher priced headsets, although that's no guarantee, either, I've seen from others who have $60-90 headsets. Otherwise, this is comfortable headset. Plug and play. And has a clear mic and good sound.

This headset is good for people who don't require larger headgear, so kids and teens, and petite to average sized adults. The ear pads are comfortable, but they will eventually flake off the black covering. The mic piece is firmly attached, so swiveling it doesn't compromise it breaking off like other brands. The mic itself has good sound quality and the inline mute button is a great addition. Make sure your laptop or computer has a USB-A connection port to use this. For its price, it's a solid headset.

Good head set for the price, comfortable. Product is described as rose; but it's a very unattractive color. It's more of a fleshy beige than what I thought would be a rose gold.
