The sound is fine for its price point. I would maybe want a more robust hairband part or piece on it, but so far it is okay-fitting for my needs. The sound operates well and has good quality. It may feel a little tiring after some hours of use, but to fix that just re-adjust it to better fit the ears. I recommend this item for video calls and watching short and mid-range length YouTube videos.

I use one myself almost all day every day. I like having the wired connection so I do not have to worry about running out of battery. Our primary use is on Teams, Skype, and Zoom meetings. These work well with all of the systems we have come across with no issues. Sound quality is good on both ends. I changed from using a webcam mic and speakers because others complained about an echo. I have not had any complaints since I switched. If you wear them all day, they can cause your ears to get a little warm, but that would be my only negative comment. None of my end users have complained either.

solid performance/price

Has easy to control functions and has is connected via usb (something I prefer). FYI. over the years I've come to realize some of the best hardware and peripherals I've enjoyed are not put in the "gaming" category. These are a good example. Even when building a pc for gaming, ignore the hype and look for quality over something that's being marketed as a gaming product. Most of the time you'll pay extra for no reason and find the real difference between gaming and other regular versions is the name. So fear not if you look at gaming headsets and can't find this one. Go to the area where products don't have neon green accents or LED lighting and get a grown up headset. Let the newbs break the bank on the over hyped products. cheers

Excellent Product - Superb communication options

This headset is extremely comfortable. I can use it for a long time without ear fatigue. While the sound quality is not as great as those with high end specs, it has great human voice representation across the sound spectrum. What I found most helpful was the USB option to connect to my computer. Windows 10 allowed me to configure this headset as the primary communication device, while allowing the user to designate the headphone jack on the computer as a computer to connect to an external speaker source. In other words, I could keep this headset plugged in while using the 3.5 mm headphone jack on computer to connect to the multimedia speakers. Finally, the inline ability to mute and control the volume was a nice perk.

It came and worked great for a few weeks, then the earpiece fell off. The tiny wire they used unsoldered itself and rendered it unusable. I tried to see where they connected it and nada. So I needed a headset that had a mic so I could use Dragon with my homework. I also needed USB since my jacks are configured for 5.1 speakers. I did a quick search at BestBuy.com and found these. I went to my local store and grabbed a pair (yeah I paid for them on the way out). Go home, plugged them in and windows 10 had no issues with them. Neither did Dragon and I was back in business. I love having brick and mortar locations close to home when I need stuff now. I hope that doesn't change and we have to buy everything off the net or from Wallyworld.
