Overall these are great headphones. I bought them as an emergency backup for work and to use while gaming. Sound quality is clear as a bell, and they feel really sturdy. Now, I hate to harp on it, but the one thing wrong is the placement of the controls, at least for me. Due to how far down the control nub is on the cable, I found myself constantly accidentally hitting the mute or volume down buttons. Considering your height and where your desk are, you may have a different experience, but it is slightly annoying for me. Of course you can use the clip on the back in order to attach it to your shirt to keep it out of the way. I just dislike doing this. Overall, I'd still recommend it, just be aware of some possible problems.

They do the job, pretty color and cheap. And they do work

Prior to ordering this head set, I read previous reviews and knew what I was getting. The only drawback that I am finding with this headset compared to the previous Logitech headset that I owned and used is that level of discomfort from prolonged use. The sound quality is great and the microphone doesn't pick up a great deal of background noise, both of these strengths are important for my work. I spend 3-4 hours on line in virtual meetings and find that periodically moving one of the ear coverings "off" my ear definitely makes a difference. I'm not sure that other brands will be different unless you raise your price point.

I purchased these headphones to use with my computer for listening to games and music and to add voice over when recording games I play. I wasn't expecting the USB to be as easy to use as an audio jack based head set, especially since I run a lot of different Linux distributions but it worked well. The volume control on the cable worked without extra configuration and the sound quality exceeded my expectations at this price point. I would like to have a longer cable. My CPU is under the desk and if I put into the rear USB ports I don't have enough slack to stand up. It works fine plugged into the front but the cable gets tangled with my desk chair.

The headset is a good value considering the cost and the features provided. I was having problems with my laptop microphone but the headset cleared up all those problems. The voice function works like it’s supposed to and the sound is clear, so I am pleased with the performance. I am using the headset for Google meet and also some Zoom meetings and the headset works fine with both of them. The only comment is the headset seems a bit too small for me so the tension is uncomfortable when there are long meetings. Even though you can extend the earphones, the tension is still quite tight.

This is the unit that fulfills use of my computer - reasonable price. Good quality and BB personnel was very helpful

I needed a new headset because the mini plus socket was worn out on my laptop. I was pleased to see a USB headset from Logi a company I trust. I works great. I use it for dictation with Dragon Speaking.

The sound quality is amazing for the price. It may look like just a cheap pair of headphones but they lasted me a long time with near daily use

I used this product about 80 hours so far for work and they are great. Love these and will probably invest in the wireless ones in the future. Very comfortable compared to a cheaper off brand product I returned that I didn’t get at Best Buy.(Wal-M) Very soft on the ears but sometimes have to move them around a bit to keep them comfortable. I can wear 6 hours straight without a problem. I tested background noise with the cheap pair and you could hear something from 30ft away and with this product I can watch TV at a low volume while working and you can’t hear it all in the audio. Honestly they should be priced a lot higher because it’s such a high quality product compared to ones that are the same price and suck.

My wife works from home and needed a good headset, this one had pretty good reviews and it's USB, a requirement for her job. Setup was easy and straight forward as it's plug and play, worked right out of the box!

It just works. USB plug makes it a snap to connect. Cough button in the clip very helpful vs computer muting.

These are great for my zoom meetings. I have another set for my second PC.

I almost forgot I had purchased these for my girl, who works for a university and does so from home a few days a week. She loves them and uses them without problem in meetings and conferences with students.

Got this for my wife because she was having fits using bluetooth type headphones where sometimes it works w/one application and not on others...or we were constantly fiddling w/different drivers. She even had problems using AirPods. I always believed nothing beats wired connections with the exception of not being able to walk around during meetings. Oh well

I first bought this headset when I started as a customer service representative at a company that took orders for a national pizza chain franchisee. They required me to furnish my own headset within a week of starting work. I bought the Logitech H390 after the Logitech analog model I originally bought had problems with various computers. We usually didn't use the same computer everyday. The USB connector always worked. Though I usually listen through the speakers on my personal laptop, the Logitech headset worked when I needed privacy. Over 2 years ago, 1 of the headset speakers went out. I bought this as a replacement & am still pleased.

Great headset for the price! The sound quality is great just not as comfy as the others.
