    The product is basic but gets the job done. Unfortunately, the mic went out about a week after purchase. Also, the ear pieces lay right over the top of your ear which starts to hurt after prolonged use.

  • Useless Headset after a few weeks

    The headset is very comfortable on the ears and the sound quality is very good. The issue is that these all have a design flaw with the wires. They get tangled together so much that you can not use the headset any longer. I know this because I have bought 3 of these in recent time and they all have this same issue. They have been normally used and stored. The worst part is I attempted to contact Logitech about the issue and they pretty much told me it's my problem. SHOCKED, to say the least, I thought a company like Logitech would stand behind its product. It's not like they are a year old, all of the ones I bought were less than a month old when this issue occured.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the H390 headset. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the cable tangling on you. Are you wrapping your cable after you use the headset? If you are, do not wrap the cable too tightly, as it will put unnecessary strain on the connection points. I like to lightly wrap the cable around 4 fingers and leave a few inches of loose cable at each end so the plug doesn't get bent.
