Quality headset with good sound quality and noise cancellation switch. Have used this before. Very pleased with the product as well as with the delivery of the product.

Previously I purchased the same headset. After a few years it will dry rot. The ear pieces will crack and the cord will short out, but you will get 3- 5 years out of it. I do not recommend the h-390 (not sure the model but has blue flat ear pieces), it shorts out in a year. I always hang my headsets on a hook and never fold the cord tightly. It is the usb tip that shorts or starts to miss it's white center For the price you can't beat it. Especially since USB headsets are no longer made by Sony & Best Buy does not sale the Microsoft ones.

Great headset, the noise cancellation is great. Whoever you're on a call with can't hear any background noise and I've had my toddler in my room watching cartoons with the volume up loud and no one could hear a thing.

I got this for my classes online so I could not be distracted by any noises in my apartment while in school! It’s extremely clear gets super loud if need be cancels all noises and it has great sound and you can adjust where you want the microphone! Great for college students or any student also for zoom calls even video game’s to speak to people like my son does. It plugs into the computer or controller wish I got the non wired one but this one truly is awesome definitely worth the money!

Solid product for work. The mute button is a bit dodgy (I'd go a spec above to ensure a better mute button esp since these are CPU headphones ) but the sound is solid. I'd say it's closer 3.5 but there Is no 1/2 star.

I just needed to buy a headset with a mic for my kids' distance learning for school and with the many options & brands to choose, I though of buying something light and inexpensive. For the price I paid, I thought that quality wise may not be at par with other high-end brands. Installing it was a breeze, basically it's plug and play. But more surprisingly, the quality of sound isn't that bad and I've tested the mic and works perfectly! Glad I choose these! Again, Logitech never fails!

I like and dislike a few things about this product. I like how easy it is to use and plug in. It’s very easy to use. I dislike how long it is. I mean maybe if I were to travel farther from my desktop it would be more convenient. I feel this product should come in different lengths like extension cords do. But this item came very fast. It was the missing piece to start working from home. I was able to complete my training fast due to its fast shipping. Always satisfied with BestBuy

I work 40 hours a week from home and have found the Logitech headphone to be very reliable and clear. I can turn up the volume and decrease it with ease and once it is placed on my head, there is no problem with the sound. I highly recommend this product and the price is reasonable.

I got this because I was using Bluetooth devices that would get lost of breakdown after a couple of months.

These are a step up from my previous gaming headphones, which were bottom of the line in quality. I can't really afford to get the very best gaming headphones available on the market, but I like the option of a USB plug in. The sound quality is much better than my previous lower-end gaming headphones as well. I also don't have to talk as loud into the headset.

Works great, I use it for work. Haven't had a complaint about my low speaking voice. I can hear very clearly.

I was very impressed with this headset. It is extremely comfortable to wear, lightweight and not bulky at all. The mute button and volume control is strategically placed on the cord at just the right spot. The feature that impressed me the most would be the background noise cancellation. I recorded a sound test while watching a YouTube video and did not hear any part of the video in my recording. Wow! Highly recommend this product.

The only issue I have is that they are tight and squeeze against my ears causing pain. My head is average size, so it’s just the way they are made. I’ve found if I pull them forward where they rest half on my face and half on my ears, it is much more comfortable. The sound quality is very good, and I haven’t had complaints about the microphone. The cord is fairly thick compared to my last set, and they are a great price.

I teach live online courses and purchased this headset when the headset provided by the company quit working. The headset works well the majority of the time. Every now and then I get comments that I can't be heard and I'm not sure how much of that is on the other end. The mute button can be sensitive and sometimes I will accidentally hit it without knowing and mute myself for a couple of minutes before I realize it. But I have enjoyed this headset. It is fairly comfortable. Easy to setup. And easy to use.

Good headset overall. It does produce some static depending on the connection but that is not often. Make sure to keep cord unraveled. Headset could be sleeker in style. The reception is excellent, sometimes I leave the mic raised but verbal transmission is great. Of course that means background noise may not be as reduced as one would like but for normal business communication it is great.

Solid for the price. Hard to tell how well the noise canceling microphone actually works, since I have had some calls where the other person heard background noises like dog barking. The headset is fairly comfortable though after 4 or 5 hours does become annoying.

I ran out and bought the Logitech - H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone and this headset with microphone is super!!! I use them for office work and MS TEAMS online meetings. The sound quality is great and the comfort is nice. It's not too light and not too heavy. It's sturdy so it won't break easily and there's plenty of wire to move around your work or gaming area. I should bought three or more of them. I'll head back to buy more and earn more points!

first one purchased was broken out of the box. had to go back in-store to return and had several employees standing around talking and ONE girl doing checkout and returns so i and others had to wait. second one has been working well...for now. quality is what you'd expect for the low price tag...good but not great so basically it's a throw away. if you're using it for work...it's PERFECT!

Based on the price, the headphones are performing excellently to this point.

Works great for home use or office. Blocks out background noise. Great price!
