I have a Windows 8.1 PC and was looking for something my son could use while Skyping and recording. These headset worked fine the first day but when he tried to use them the next day they no longer worked (could not hear anything as Windows no longer recognized the headset). We unplug and re-plugged them in and that worked for a day and then the same thing happened again. We tried this several times over the next few days and tried Googling a work around but no luck. So we ended up returning them. We'll see if we can find something better.

The headset works, but sound quality is poor. Person on other end has problems hearing me and speakers are not great

Got it on sale for on-the-go so I wouldn't have to carry around the Plantronics with docking station. It's wired but cable has good length. No audio issues, I can hear and can be heard clearly. Although not too fancy, the plastic doesn't feel too cheap like similar priced headsets and the padding is comfortable.

good sounds and mic quality, but it hurts after using it for 5 minutes. you need a very tiny head for this it looks like.

A little tight on your head which isnt good because my shorty uses them for work. You get what you pay for i guess

This is a good headset. It is very sensitive, so it does not work very well in a noisy environment. After a relative long period of time of use my ears tend to get hot.

It's a good headphone for the price. It has a reasonable sound quality. The mike doesn't seem to pick up ambient noise.

I did have a few problems but it is still going.. Good enough for me

they are great headphones to make my work day way better and they are so comfortable

I have no major issues with this product. I haven't used it much, but when I did there wasn't anything wrong with it but it does seem like it's made from cheap material

Headphones have a lot of static, and it's hard to hear the person on the other end.

one thing i like about this headset is it has noise cancelling. the other thing i dont like about its it don't work on other devices like ipad only works for pc.

Really works great, bought for work from home. No problem with the sound, and the clients here me perfectly.

This headset works great, the only flaw I had with it was it hurts my ears after a while of using it. But besides that it works great and the sound quality is great.

Just needed a cheap replacement headset till I get my new computer.. Logic Tec has always been a great line of products for me.

Really disappointed when I found out that I did not need to buy this product. I wanted something so I could hear and talk for Doctor's online visits. So I didn't have to buy speakers AND this item. I also found out that I could get a combo mike/audio with Ear buds. I was never told this. The earphones are ok, I don't really need them and I don't know what to do now.
