Does what it was designed for. Good price. The lower rating was the fit is too tight.

The sound was okay, but didn't quite fit the way i wanted them to.

Quality is not good. I can hear fine but I am unable to be heard clearly. I had to purchase another headset to use.

These work great for both pc and I use them on the ps4. Only drawback is that they hurt my ears if wearing for any extended time.

Connection is terrible, mic cuts out a ton, and when you talk you sound like your in another room.

Easy to use and reliable. Ears gets a little sweaty after a while.

Excellent quality for the price. Tried a couple of other options within the same price range and these were clearly the best. I like the fact that I can use them without actually having the band on my head. They fit snug enough to slide down to back of my head.

I had to use these for 16 hours of online training. By the end of each 4 hour training session I was in pain. It worked well but I got rid of them as soon as the training ended.

Needed new headset for work. This was inexpensive and does the necessary tasks. It is clunky and uncomfortable to use and sound is poor quality but overall does the job.

The headband is a little tight. Sound was good. The volume control button initially worked to reduce volume, then went to mute and would not increase in volume. The volume control from the computer would not recover once the volume was muted by the headset button. This problem took place on two different computers.

Good sound and mic. It’s a quality buy. Good for video confidential conferencing and remote work.

Would have liked it to be a little more robust, but it does what it says it does, so it's a good product for the price. Just don't handle it too rough.

The headset does what we bought it for, but I am a little disappointed in the voice quality. But for the price you can't go wrong.

They’re not the most comfortable but they honestly do the job if that’s what you’re looking for.

Save up and get something better if you are gaming. this sounds like you have 20 fans running in the background no matter what

It's ok. Inbound sound quality is just fine for conversations. But outbound quality is lacking.

We purchased this to ensure that my son could continue the necessary use of Microsoft components for school assignments on his new laptop.

I use this headset for the work and nothing more, i like more to focus in the work, i dont recomend this for listen music in my experience.

You get what you pay for. It gets the job done, but don’t expect stellar performance
