I’m not sure if it was a defective product or just the quality of the headset. It was ok when it worked in the beginning but I needed something much more reliable as I use my headset at minimum 8 hours per day.

I prefer headphones that cover most of the ear for a more comfortable fit. These couldnt deliver.
