These headphones work well the noise cancellation is the reason of purchasing I believe they do there job makes the noise muttering or seem far away and st a good price you pay for what it’s worth i have nothing bad

They were very uncomfortable and hurt my ears after wearing them only a short time. The ones I wanted were out of stock so I grabbed these because I needed them for a class I was taking. I wished I had ordered a different brand but couldn’t wait for them.

I thought this was from a bad batch. I got this replacement from a different Best Buy -different batch. Guess what. Same problem. This cracked with little movement applied. Logitech headphones may have great sound, but their basic ones are no longer durable. I used to have one that lasted 3 years. This is my last headset purchase from them. If a basic one can't survive a year, I'm not going to spend more money on one with the same brand.
