Returned because I didnt like having two ears covered.

It does the job but it is the most uncomfortable headset I have ever used. If you are buying this for work at home to be used for work I would look elsewhere if comfort is important to you. Also, the noise canceling feature for the mic is very poor. Does not noise cancel as well as other headsets.

Bought these to work from home hoping to cancel out background noise, especially of my toddler. My coworkers were able to hear EVERYTHING loud and clear. My tv was at a low volume in the living room and I was in the kitchen and my coworker was still able to hear it and she said it was very loud. It defeated the purpose. I returned them immediately. The were comfortable to wear and I could things clearly on my end, but the canceling feature was garbage.

Good audio but the wire is super long and gets tangled up with everything! After some use the cord gets twisted up real badly. Also, the headset is not comfortable on the head and is super tight. Ok for emergency use but I think I'm going back to wireless.

I needed a pair of headphones with a microphone in order to work from home. These headphones are light on your head and the sound quality is good. Microphone flips up out of the way if not needed. Price was good for these headphones.

This Logitech On-Ear headset allows me to listen to music, videos, anything coming into my computer without bothering anyone else. And the speaker allows me to communicate by Zoom, or to dictate to the computer itself, all very easily.

It's a good product but hurts the to have it on for more than 10 minutes.

I like Best Buy a lot. This is an inexpensive headset and I'll be back to shop for an upgrade soon. The sound quality is okay but they don't fit well. Uncomfortably tight at first and after 3 weeks of daily use have stretched out so much they slip right off every time I lean forward.

Wanted to use as speaker for my Dragon program but did not work. Maybe more useful for a gaming system.

good price for the item, and good sound quality when they decide to work. would recommend the brand but not that particular set.

Great headset for telephone sales agents. Callers could hear me clearly unlike other headsets. Unfortunately after a week of use I developed bad headaches and my ears were burning. I think these press into my ears too tightly or perhaps there is a toxic chemical in the foam ear cushions. Unable to use them.

Got these at a great deal. Wish the ear pads were a little bigger so they would be more comfortable.

Just remember to click the Mic off when using dragon speaking software.

OK if you want an inexpensive product and you have excellent hearing.

The headset is decent and does what I need it to do.

The wires would tangle up and started causing issues with the sound.

Headset overall is sturdy, but ear pads run on the small side. Sound still comes through clearly.
