    The ear pieces are way to small. I wish I had looked more close. They ride on the ear and not over the ear. The fit for a work day would hurt your ears.

    I used to buy the higher priced headset because I felt like i would get better use out of them. I quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I’m back to these basic ones and they get the job done.

    needed a headset for numerous client calls/conference calls. was having a problem with prior headset being muted all the time -- this still happens sometimes (when switching btw webex, hangouts, gotomeeting, computer audio v. call in -- gets confused) but much less. headset is comfortable and sound quality is good.

    It’s not designed for a right handed person. When I put it on my left ear everything fell into place, but when I put it on my right ear I was unable to adjust the mouth piece to fit comfortably.

    It works ok, but on my work laptop with Windows 10 the mute button does not work. It could be how the company has it locked down cause it does work on my personal one.

    i love these headsets. basic but it picks up your voice very nicely and it blocks out noise very well. bought another for a backup just in case should anything happen. really love these.

    Didn’t meet my expectations at all! Returned to work today excited to use the new headphones. I spent 30 minutes with my companies Help desk for the sound and mic to work. Extremely low. Poor quality. Disappointed.

Also, use the in-line volume control and see if it's set low.   • Distorted Audio After 10 Seconds

    Does not work satisfactorily in Teams. After about 10 seconds in a Teams call or meeting the audio gets exceedingly distorted. I can clear it up by switching the output device to speakers momentarily, but the distortion recurs within 10 seconds of switching back to the headset. Once it's become distorted in Teams it is distorted from all sound sources on the system. No amount of re-plugging in the headphones or adjusting settings has fixed the issue. I'll be returning this.
