cord twisted and left ear went dead after six months. had to buy a replacement. buy something else!

It works for what I need it for.i bought it for work, the sound quality is ok.

I like them but they broke within 2 weeks. Logitech takes for ever for warranty info.

I have bought 2 of these headsets within a year of each other because we started working from home and was doing our business on teams, webex, etc. and the first set broke at the the junction where you adjust the section over the ears up or down. I went and bought another pair and it broke a the same place where you adjust them over yoru ears.

Does the job, but has a hard time picking up the voice at times.

It is serving the purpose for now but I dont like that it is so easy for the mute button to be pressed without my knowledge. Also I would rather have a volume up/down button on this headset

This product has good sound and nice isolation for it's price.

Headset is easy to install and use. Decent quality and easy to hear phone calls. The reason I gave 2 stars is because it’s uncomfortable and hurts my ears after only using it for a very short time. I couldn’t return due to best buy’s limited return policy of just two weeks.

Worked well with my surface did not work with my chrome book

Worked OK for a while, but connection often lost. Not comfortable in ears.

I work from home and when I’m talking on the phone using these, I’m told that my headset cuts out a lot and people can’t hear me at times. I have to repeat myself a lot. Also, people have told me they can hear the aquarium and bird in the background, they are across the room, and nowhere near where I sit. Thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling?

I loved the color but unfortunately could not get the mute button to work

A lightweight easy to use for PC voice skill mode.

It's kind of tight around the Ears. Sounds great. Needs softer cushions

Good solid headphones, pretty comfortable although they are on-ear and not around your ear phones so they wouldn’t be great in my opinion for all day use.

This was worth what I paid for it. It didn’t last long.

Bought this just for meetings. Works really well and cant beat the price. Logi brand is the affordable way to go if u need accessories in my opinion just for work purpose

This is no high end headset but for it's price point it's a solid choice.
