Poor quality.

The mic went out after 3 months of use and Best Buy won’t accept the return. Bought some insignia headphones too and those only play out of 1 ear after 4 months of use. Best Buy won’t return them either.

Best headset I’ve ever used

Shameful

Brought back to Best Buy and would not refund my money. 14 day policy. Tried to support brock and motor retail but how can we with policies like that. Will stick with Amazon.

Logitech has some great wired headsets in the gaming section that can also be used for work, such as the G335 and G435 headsets! These both have great audio and are comfortable to wear. Too uncomfortable to use for any length of time

Not comfortable for longer sessions

Sound Good. Wire Cheap.

The problem is the wire itself is thin and it covering around it seems to break after a few weeks, exposing the actual wire on the inside. I purchased 3 of these and same exact problem on all 3.
