      Hi Luke, thank you for your feedback! H390 noise cancelling mic minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations. Rigid, left-sided mic can be positioned for better voice capture. Moveable boom can be tucked out of the way when you’re not using it.     The sound is fine, and the mic is good, but they are very uncomfortable if you're wearing them more than an hour. Despite the padding, the top presses down into your head. Also not good if you wear glasses, because the ear covers will cause ear pain as well.

    Took it out of the box, plugged it into my laptop, was on a zoom call for work 3 minutes before the sound totally crapped out and started skreetching in my ear. Unplugged it, tried it 3 more times, same thing. Don’t have the original box to ship back and aren’t going into stores. Waste of $!

    Getting screw at curb site Pickup

    Tried to pick up the item from Curb site and after an hour gave up and left.. Now way in your app to tell you I left.. Now I see that you have set it to delivered.. I have not got the product.. So not sure how to fix this since your site has no way of submitting a disput.

    Okay, going in you know that $25 for headphones means the quality probably won't be that great but you can't say noise cancelling when they are not. Also, I'm a short girl with little ears, these don't cover my whole ear so over time while playing, the pressure causes your ears to start to ache and hurt. Do NOT waste your $25. Save up and invest in a level up!

    The headset hurts my ears most days. I use it for work and I get a lot of feedback that they hear an echo of themselves or that I sound like I’m under water. I thought this would’ve been a good one but looks like I’m still on the hunt for a good headset

    Sound is very scratchy, keeps cutting in and out. Microphone does not work very often. There is no noise canceling feature that I’ve seen. This item is not worth the price; do not buy this product!

    This headset was a replacement for a similar one (same brand) I bought a couple of years ago and that had served me well. However, the sound of this new one is poor as it starts resonating quickly. I exchanged it for a different one, but that one has the same issue. Unfortunately, it is the only brand they sell at my Best Buy store...

    Just bought these less than 2 months ago and now they are not working properly. Sound goes out routinely or becomes garbled. Not returnable anymore so what to do? Will try to contact the company for a replacement, Argh!

    For first 10-15 days it worked well...now a days suddenly during conversation mic start acting badly..and the other person will start to say ..hey voice is not clear..not able to hear u clearly.... Now i cant even return it.. Please stay away from this product.

    The headset is good quality and the sound is also good. HOWEVER!!! This headset caused traction alopecia at the top of my head. If losing some hair is not a concern, this is a good headset.

      That's truly disappointing! Have you tried re-seating to another USB port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any. Prefer using USB 2.0 rather than USB 3.0 ports. Also, try another application. If the issue persists, please contact the Logitech Support team as they are well equipped to assist you with a necessary steps.
