I was using one that my employer provided, but it was worthless. While in conference calls, my colleagues complained that they could not understand me. I purchased this and wow... it works fine. I haven't any complaints from colleagues. It is a great quality headphone and no problems thus far. A side benefit was it was not too expensive. This is a good headphone if you are looking for a quality at a reasonable price.

I needed this headset for work, so it needed to be the cheapest I could find. That meant that I expected the worst. I was pleased with the quality and comfort of the build. I use the headset every week and I have been happy with the sound. The long cord allows me maneuverability while I'm on a call. The position of the volume control and mute button are handy and easily accessible. I have been very happy with this headset and have already recommended it to my co-workers.

This headset is lightweight and does not squeeze my head. I has good sound quality. I use it at work, and I don't get complaints from the people I call. I thought I would dislike the inflexible boom, but it's just fine. It is set at the right distance from the mouth to get the best sound quality. It can be raised or lowered while keeping the same distance from the face. I have recommended this headset to my coworkers who are looking for something lighter than the headsets provided at work.

Excellent sound and over the ear comfort. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this product for more than a year, and it's incredible. This was purchased for a second PC. The audio is crystal clear and amazing for such small speakers. I've been told the microphone is also incredibly clear and picks up very little background noise. One of the most important features for me was comfort since I wear it for long periods. I can't feel any pressure on my ears/head, unlike most headsets. The inline volume/mute is also very handy. I highly recommend this headset for anyone who is not satisfied with their current one.

Great headphones! I use them for CSR calls and the sound is clear on both ends with no feedback. Pads are comfortable and the usb cord is lengthy enough to move around without yanking everything off the desk. Highly recommend!

This headset has really good sound quality. Not spectacular but really good. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy one for work from home. The noise canceling mic really comes in handy while working from home so others don't hear all the background noise when you're in an online meeting. headset connected seamlessly from day one; as soon as I connected to the USB port it was on without any delay.

I am currently taking a training online and this was one of the recommended devices for us to use in order to have great sound quality. I really enjoy this headset. Its comfortable and I really like the microphone!

Got two of these for virtual schooling for my two children's chromebooks. Works great and teachers say there's no interference and voices sound clear on Zoom meetings. Children say it helps them hear their teacher well when the dogs are barking in the background. The cord is long enough for them to step a few feet away from desk area. The volume controls on wire are great, too. Highly recommend.

I bought this headset for online college classes. I have used these for four hours straight without any discomfort. The in-line volume and mute buttons (with flashing LED for mute "on") are a huge plus. I'm running Windows 7 and set up was easy. No software to load. Just plug and play. Sound quality is fine. The one minor negative is the boom mic can only be used on the left side.

Bought these for a voice enhanced power point. Excellent clear quality sound. Got an A on the group power point highly recommend it. I had my master bath renovation and needed noice canceling while recording and never heard any background noise at all

They're not solidly made, nor are they really noise-cancelling however, they do the job. I've had these for a few months, use them frequently, without any issues. Would recommend these more for a youth. If you're a parent shouting at them, you should still be able to get their attention!

A much better alternative to one with a pin jack. No problems using with Teams.

Got these for some call center work. People could hear me and I could hear them. Basically just plug in and go to town. No record breaking audio quality but not a ton to co mplain about in my situation.

I purchased these when my single ear headset from work fell apart. Reviews looked good, price was right, could pick up same day. Glad I got them. I can finally hear my customers, and they can hear me. I like that when you adjust the volume on the headset, a little volume window pops up on the screen, at least in Windows 10 it does. I'd purchase them again, and already recommended them to my colleagues.

This is my second set. I broke my first pair after years of use. I use them as a phone headset when working from home. Plenty adequate for that purpose and the price is reasonable. I would not recommend for music

Good sound quality and comfort for the price! the wire is a long enough length so that you can sit comfortable a few feet from the desk. Volume button on the wire is not very well-designed, so I recommend changing the volume from the headset on the computer. Definitely recommend this headset for zoom, skype, and similar online communication platforms.

I wanted a headset with microphone that connected to my laptop with a USB connector that was definitely under $50 (and preferably less) that worked well enough for working at home with Skype for Business, Zoom, and other remote meetings. The Logitech H390 USB checks all the boxes. Everyone says I sound really good and I can hear without any problems. A great product for a reasonable price. Recommended.
