No set up needed. Plug and play. Still using them after 3 years with no issues. Sound quality is good. I use them to also listen to music when at work to block out distractions. Have had no issues with the microphone.

It's headphones with a microphone. The sound is good both from the headphone side and the microphone side. It plugs into the USB port which makes it easy. I wish the microphone could switch sides (it's only on the left). The ear pads are soft and work for an hour or two but do get a little uncomfortable after wearing a long time.

Just use the for chat. I've had to replace them a couple times. Once because my kid broke them then another due to unknown failure with the mic. I'm glad I bought the protection plan. They are just a basic headset with a mic that works well as long as you take care of them. Nothing to really brag or complain about. If you're looking for a cheap headset for Skype or whatever and these are on sale, they're worth it.

Works great! I'm working at home and quite often there are background noises that make it difficult to carry on a conference call. I love this headset because it eliminates the background noise and the quality is excellent!

Love my new headsets. Bought them because I have been working from home, just like everyone else. Unfortunately, I don't have the phone access I thought I would get, so I don't need them for the speaker/mic, however I use them to listen to podcasts, and I can listen to music during my day. Very comfy on my ears, which are very sensitive, they don't get sore at all.

These are pretty good for the price. The only problem i had was the wire corroding after like 1 year of use (use them for work). Comfortable and volume goes pretty high

It costs less than $30. I bought it for video meetings. The noise cancelling microphone does its job I guess. No complaints about my sound clarity. I listen to music on it sometimes. It is just fine for me in that capacity. Maybe some of you could appreciate the differrnce in a more expensive set, but I doubt I would notice a difference.

H390 is good does its job. Wish the head set was over ear instead of on ear but for short burst of meetings they are fine. Value is very good for the price

Very comfortable headphones and simple microphone to speak into when doing video conferences online. The adjustable volume on the line is convenient so you can change the volume without using the keyboard.

This headset has a great noise canceling microphone. I can take work calls with my 3 year daughter in the room watching TV or her tablet and the micro cancels out the muisc from the TV or tablet completely. I have had this headset for two years and just bought another for the office.

This works very well. There are no flaws in performance. I had the headset that was priced about 5 dollars higher, and I liked the mute button being on the earpiece. This one has the button on the chord. It works well; I just think the next level up is worth the money and would have purchased that had it been available.

Great audio and is mic quality is beyond great only downside is that it has a usb cable

I bought this headset as a temporary replacement after my really expensive one broke. With that being said this product has been very sufficient and made me choose to just stick with it. It's cord has great range for starters. The noise cancelling mike is really good about drowning out outside noises. It only gets for stars because after extended wear the comfort is not great, still comfortable for the cost though.

So far no problems quality is good. No problems connecting. I thought something was wrong with my speakers but soon realized I was the dummy as they were still plugged in

I have been working from home more and more. Having meetings was getting tough to hold the phone and type so I purchased this headset. It is everything that I needed. The clarity of the voices is amazing.

Very easy to install and set up! Makes having to make calls so much easier with the noise cancellation!

Works Great! USB headset with adjustable microphone. Long chord with a red light that blinks indicating that you are muted. Others are able to hear me well and likewise. Leather muffs get a hot after a while but I just pull the phones up above my ears a bit and I can still hear my pears and callers.

I assumed that the noise cancelling feature would filter out all the high frequencies, resulting in a muffled sound. Instead, I was amazed to find that the sound quality is crystal clear. If I'm talking to someone who also has an H390, it sounds like they are in the same room with me. A truly outstanding value.

I have purchased 2 of these, the first lasted me 3 years & would have lasted longer, but I ran my desk chair over it. My second one died a month after purchase, The staff at The Best Buy on Sunland Park made the exchange extremely easy. My third item is working great. I will eventually be purchasing this item in wireless form.

Overall the headphones were okay. The mute function on the cord didn’t work as expected but I may not have been doing it right. Ultimately, I returned them because I didn’t notice it was a USB plug, which worked fine on my computer but would be challenging to use with my iPhone of course. If it was for that I would’ve kept them.
