Overall a great headset. Easy to use, comfortable for long periods of wear, good sound quality, and clear voice pick-up. Only complaint is that the microphone arm is loose and tends to fall down.

I have using this now for about a month and the sound is great. I work from home and use this for telecommuting. This is the best headset I have ever used.

For basic Teams meetings, this device works great. Only downside is that the ear pads degrade over time, and the connection (wiring) becomes flaky.

If you work from home you definitely need this, sounds so clear, noise cancellation its a must

Monitor continues to change from HDMI to Analog. After reading review online this seems to be an ongoing problem for this model. I was not told of this at the time of purchase and I don't feel that it is ethical that I should have to buy another HDMI cord to see if that fixes the problem.

Great head set great price! Great quality mic and USB connection makes it easy to use with a laptop. Easy to use for ZOOM, TEAMS, and Skype for Business meetings.

I got this headset about a month ago to use it with my laptop in several weekly conference calls. Nice volume control from either the laptop or the headset itself, light, comfortable, and for price can't ask for anything better.

the headphone I purchased is all I could ask for it has a good sound transmission and feels good when worn for long periods.

I tried and returned $100+ headphones/headsets because people complained they could hardly hear me in zoom meetings. I gave a shot to this cheap one and voila! It does pretty well the job for my zoom meetings.

This is by far the best headset I have owned/used and for a great price. I work from home and must have something comfortable and reliable. This hit all the areas needed. Love that it has a mute button.

I appreciate having the headset, but it does cause discomfort when worn for extended periods of time. I will likely buy a more expensive, better fitting headset the next time I need to replace it.

I purchased this headset specifically to replace a previous Logitech USB headset that had served me well for five years. The latter stopped working after a recent Windows 10 upgrade. The new H390 headset was easy to set up and has not missed a beat since I started using it.

I bought this to help with a large project that required a lot of typing. It worked wonderfully for that and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the sound on my computer was through the headset instead of my speakers.

I purchased this USB headset to attend meetings online. The sound quality on both ends was excellent. They were comfortable to wear which was especially important when going from one meeting to the next.

Product works well, cancels out background noise when on Skype/Webex's. Comfortable ear pieces, USB cable more than long enough, recognized immediately by Windows 10. Easy to buy through Best Buy, fast shipping.

Bought this and wanted a headset that has a microphone and the "over the ear headset". It does its job w/ the noise cancelation but the headset itself is NOT "over the ears" the headset reat on my ears as this is a "On-ears" headset, Very Misleading. Also, the button on the wire for the microphone is confusing as to on or off, theres no marking to identify on or off exceptfor a light and, no marking or instructions on the packaging either to explain the On or Off. But for the price and purpose of use its ok, but If you to waer all day, then maybe look for a true Over the ears headset.

Great USB headset for the price. Volume not as loud as my older Logitech headset but much more sturdy. Nicely made, great earpieces with soft leather-like padding not the cheap foam slip on covers. Plenty of crod length. Simple easy to use volume/mute button. Great for Internet phone or video conference use.

The ear pieces are a bit small, but everything works well and no issues. I like the option to turn off the sound with a button, that’s very convenient.

This headset has clear chat, which works very well. Conversations are heard and are clearer than other headsets I've used. The only thing that is not the best is that they sit on ear instead of around the ear, so the pressure can be a little tight. But, overall it's a good headset for VoIP.
