The refrigerator came without a box and with a lot of cosmetic details

This is a joke, right? You delivered a broken fridge and delayed the new one until 1/26.

We went with this fridge because it was the best fit our space, according to the Best Buy appliance salesman who visited our house. Overall, I can say it's good fridge after using it for a little over a month. I'm most impressed by it's moisture control. Produce lasts noticeably longer in this fridge than in our old one. It also looks great and is dead silent as long as the ice maker is not running. It does have a few drawbacks that prevent it from being a great fridge: Handles would be nice. I've gotten accustomed to the pulls at the top of the door, but it's a little awkward. The bottom pulls aren't really an option for me because of my height. I'd assume most people with use either the top or bottom pulls based on their height. Small-ish fridge capacity. It's much larger than our old fridge but somehow smaller inside. It's not very deep and also lacks drawers for cheeses, lunch meats, butter, etc., so you have to put those items in the doors where you'd typically put condiment bottles. Lack of adjustable shelves. If you have lots of taller items, it can be a struggle to find places to put them in this fridge. It also makes it difficult to stack Tupperware. Loud when ice maker is running. The ice maker humming is quite annoying when you're in the same room. Because of the numerous drawbacks, I'd probably lean towards giving this fridge 3.5 stars if that was an option. The ability to keep produce fresh is a top priority for me, so I'll give it 4 stars instead of 3 for the purpose of this review.

Refrigerator sounds like throwing small ammunitions in between. Asked Best buy team about that who have no idea. Samsung dont have any idea. I think it is better Samsung stays away from Home appliances and focus on TV and Mobiles. Waste of money

This is a great fridge so far. I had a built in before and I'm happy I got this one. It's good quality for the money spent. Ice maker works great as well. If you don't close the doors all the way it gives warning beep and dit's pretty spacious.

I received a defective fridge, the ice maker does not work. I am a total tech member and received no help from Best Buy. I am waiting for Samsung to send e tech. I would not recommend Best Buy for anything! I hope Samsung can fix…

Nothing flashy about this refrigerator. It is exactly what anybody needs. Sleek and useful.

Only thing I am disappointed in is the space. The shelves barely fit the hight of a gallon of milk. To fit my Brita I have to pitch the shelf up. Freezer too- doesn’t hold a lot. But other than that- it’s nice looking and very quiet.

We received our Samsung refrigerator and are truly impressed by the quality of it! The inside space of the refrigerator is very nice. It is one of the biggest I have had and the layout of the shelves and drawers make it easy to use. The design of the refrigerator is also very sleek, making it feel modern. . I was impressed with how quick it made ice after it was plugged in and also thrilled to find out it has an alarm that “beeps” or “dings” to let you know when a door is not closed fully. I have kids, so this is definitely a bonus to have on the appliance. I am very impressed with the appliance and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, sleek, spacious refrigerator.

This is a nice fridge for the price. Sleek and clean design. Wish there was a little more space, or could arrange shelves for easier storage. Shelves can be moved, but still not a whole lot space in between.

I enjoy this refrigerator SO much more than I thought I would. At first, I was really bummed because I had such limited options for 33" wide refrigerators. This refrigerator is perfect for my family. I can reach everything easily and nothing gets "lost" in the back. It cools/freezes well and we've had no problems so far. We had to move our cabinets to accommodate the height of this model, but it was an easy project and worth it. I chose to buy this Samsung model from Best Buy because of the reasonable pricing and shipping times. Glad I did!

This is a beautiful sleek refrigerator that gives a modern look to the kitchen. I love how you open up the refrigerator doors. The handles are on the bottom, which cancels any unwanted fingerprints.

So far, it works well! Really like it. It has large space inside.
