So far, it works well! Really like it. It has large space inside.

Not the amount of space I was looking for. The door doesn't shut easily. I am constantly having to come back to the fridge to shut the door. Didn't have that problem with my old fridge.

I really like this refrigerator. It is smaller than my last one. It takes a bit to get used to not having handles. It looks beautiful. I would like the doors to open differently, instead of right first then left, never both at once or left first. It would be nice if they included an ice scooper.

This counter depth refrigerator is pretty good. Have had other counter depth refrig's. Need to adjust shelving a bit more to fit my needs. Was not unpacked all the way. Shelves still have padding on them. Otherwise the installation was great! The delivery people were very nice and MADE it work.

The door on this refrigerator is NOT a self closing design. In fact, it is designed to NOT self close. There is a plastic piece on the underside of the door preventing self closing, but helps keep the door closed once pushed shut. Calling Samsung tech support is useless. Went back to the store from which purchased and found most manufacturers have a similar design preventing self closing. Buyer beware and find a product not so poorly designed.

The ice maker is good and like that it has a small compartment that can be to the side. Looks sleek and clean and goes perfect with the stove I also bought from Best Buy

I bought a used model wich had dents and scratches to the outside body but I guess thats why it was discounted overall i havent had any issues and im happy with the purchase

I purchased this Samsung fridge from Best Buy in Lewisville (Dallas, TX) less than a year ago, and I'm extremely frustrated. With the warranty set to expire on November 22nd, I've already had three visits from Samsung technicians to address an ongoing issue with the freezer. The freezer unexpectedly defrosts, then freezes food again, causing a real headache. Despite multiple calls to Samsung Customer Support and their attempts to resolve the problem (during the last visit, the technician replaced the motherboard and the heat sensor) the issue persists. Just yesterday, I had to call again to schedule a fourth service visit. I genuinely hope Samsung will replace my fridge before the warranty expires. I’m not asking for compensation or an upgrade; I just expect a reliable fridge that lasts at least three years. Given this terrible experience, I cannot recommend this fridge or any Samsung fridge to anyone.
