Intel chip let down

The set up was easy despite no instructions in the box. I am not happy to learn (after the purchase) that the Intel Core i7-14700F is having crashing problems in the field. Waiting for an Intel patch, and hope that they get it right.

Pc stopped wirking after a few months

It worked fantastic until one day I turned it on and it didnt start. I did plenty of troubleshooting and believe the cpu is the issue. The 13th and 14th generation intel cpu are having tons of issues that over 90% are experiencing. I do not recommend this pc to anyone who wants a gaming setup. Especially at the price they are charging.

Poorly constructed out of very subpar parts.

Other internal components (GPU& CPU) are already starting to go bad and I have only had this thing for a few months.

I bought at $1,800 computer and they sent me an instant pot instead.. and they had the audacity to accuse me of scamming. Do not buy anything from Best Buy, it is a terrible company.

Randomly freezes, forcing you to restart your pc.

Happens like once or twice a day, especially during the worst possible times. Definitely not worth the price with it doing that.

Constant freezing

Hp is not the brand you should go with unless you absolutely have to.

Hung/Frozen During Setup

It kept freezing and becoming unresponsive. Was incredibly slow even when moving the mouse. Gorgeous machine and very quiet when on, but ultimately a brick.

Worth the purchase!

I went into Best Buy to have their GeekSquad look at it. They ended up having to send it out, and I found this PC. It was almost identical to my old one, spec wise. So I bought it, and I haven't had a single issue, other than Windows 11 being Windows 11. It's able to run all my games, plus my Valve Index without an issue!
