I have canceled the order because of their poor delivery commitment. i was suppose to get the product on 13th sept which all of sudden changed it to 6th Oct.I got the same product delivered within a day after ordering from other vendor. Infact bestbuy customer care representative was convincing me to go for their own brand instead of delivering the purchased product on time. I have cancelled my annual membership as well because of their poor customer service.

Poor Customer Service!!!

That didn't happen! I was notified that it would be delayed a week! When asked why it was delayed, the answer that I got was "stuff happens!". Later I found out the item was in the storeroom the whole time! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
