    Great quality at a reasonable price. The only comment I have it the Remote is very small. The little volume toggle a bit difficult to adjust without muting it.

    Smart T.V. was exactly as advertised. Price was great. Easy install as the same wall mount was used. Big learning curve to own a smart television. Even the remote is tough to master.

    Not quite as good a picture as the 65” OLED we bought - but it does work better with built in Alexa than the 65 - and that’s what we bought it for. The 65”OLED continues to drop Alexa connection

    Physically this TV is flimsy with cheesy construction. The picture must be viewed from straight on, the slightest movement up or to the side it immediately begins to fog up, until about 45 degrees to one side or the other it becomes a ghostly haze. When viewed straight on, there are a few modes, ranging from over bright acid trip mode to dull and muddy. In all the modes the highlights and shadows have no detail, and skin tones make everyone look like they are coated with pancake makeup. We purchased this TV online because it seemed to have decent ratings, had it delivered and immediately returned it, and purchased a Sony Bravia OLED, a very well made TV with overall exceptional quality, and well worth the additional price. We've had Samsung tablets and phones for a number of years which are very satisfactory, and were disappointed to find Samsung should stay out of the television business.
