I bought this laptop open box for around $400 and it's exceeding all of my expectations for the price. Great value.

100% worth the purchase it’s smooth and easy to use and definitely a laptop I would recommend if your doing YouTube and or playing video games with friends

I think the laptop os great, but the battery life isn’t what I expected

Not a gamer, but wanted something fast on startup and navigating pages. Love this computer so far. Can't speak for games but the definition is pretty good. Great purchase, especially on sale

My teenage daughter picked this our on her own and asked me to buy it so i did a little research and found it was exactly whzt she needed so i got it a d she is so happy with it! Im going to get one for my son too!

This laptop is horrible. The only reason I got it was because it was on sale for $474 but even then I thought it was pretty steep for. It’s pretty bad specs. I gave this laptop to my brother for Christmas and the only game he pretty much plays is Roblox. He couldn’t even play it on medium settings without the whole computer, overheating and lagging. Also, the battery dies extremely quickly and when you’re charging it as you’re playing, it doesn’t even charge. I updated all the drivers make sure all the graphic settings were on low on everything that I could do and the computer still runs bad. I would not recommend this at all even if it was on sale for $200. You’re better off just getting a MacBook at that point.

I won’t say its best among all the laptop but I can definitely say it is best among its price range.

Solid product. My son uses it for school and gaming. Reliable and built for everyday use. Would purchase again.

Upon purchasing the new laptop there was a hardware and software issue that prevented my microphone from working. I had to pay an additional $100 for them to reinstall the faulty OS software that came with the laptop. Buying a new laptop that's broken is frustrating.
