    Upon purchasing the new laptop there was a hardware and software issue that prevented my microphone from working. I had to pay an additional $100 for them to reinstall the faulty OS software that came with the laptop. Buying a new laptop that's broken is frustrating.

    After barely a month it started shutting off randomly mid use, the screen would go black while watching pokemon or using google. It over heats too easily, I already knew that but still. I barely used it for games, I used world box once or twice but it got hot way to fast (a game my phone can run, you do nothing lol) so i stopped. It over heats just from being turned on. And for the record i never used it long, and always shut down when not in used. It turns off every few seconds, i can genuinley do nothing.

    I don't think it's quite good enough to run black ops 6 as advertised in the photo but it can run Siege or sometimes fortnite if you are lucky
