we love the fridge, not much room in the freezer (like no way to fit a frozen pizza) but we have a seperate freezer in our basement so it wasn’t a deal breaker. fridge itself is great, tons if storage for condiments, and roomy with drawers. we love the water dispenser.

Good fridge for the price not a lot of bells and whistles but good family size fridge

I had to wait a while for this to be delivered and I am so happy it's here! I had to get this size because of the space constraints but the refrigerator section has a lot of storage area in it. The icemaker and water dispenser are so easy to use. It also looks great.

Just a warning about several negatives regarding this fridge. First, the water dispenser drips and because the spout is outside the catch tray, it dribbles down the front of the fridge and onto your floor. Second, the shelves are not adjustable and do not accommodate a gallon milk jug or pitchers. Leaving the milk on the door doesn't keep the milk cold enough. The temperature is cold in several areas of the fridge so items freeze and are ruined. This is setting the control to the recommended setting. If you set the temperature to the next warmest setting, it's too warm! Finally, the top interior light is blinding! It's just way too bright. I spray painted the interior of the diffuser lightly in an attempt to make it livable. These are all issues that you won't know about by just seeing it in a store display.

Nice appearance and doors are easy to open and close with no restrictions. In a counter depth fridge you lose storage space and so more door shelving and additional shelves in the freezer are needed. Water and ice dispensers are separate, which is plus.

Likes: finish is non-marking Cons: frig is smaller capacity-so is freezer compared to same model 24 years ago.

As a fridge its a solid, Meh. But the ice dispenser sucks, it's always gaming up. sometimes one cube will be stuck in the ice shute after you get ice, and it will melt and run down the front of the fridge.

Love this fridge. Fit perfectly right where our old fridge was. The space in it. How easy it is to clean.

This fridge fits nicely on our apartment. The freezer section is a bit small so it wouldn’t be great for a big family.

Would be wary of purchasing products from Whirlpool again in the future. We ordered this fridge, got it delivered and installed from Best Buy. The geek squad was extremely helpful, but a few hours after installation we realized that this fridge was running extremely loud and the sounds we were hearing were beyond the normal start up sounds. The sound that the fridge is emitting sounds closer to a dryer/washing machine running. I'm no expert, but it sounds like a manufacturing defect, and that a metal piece is loose when the fridge is running. There is a loud metal vibration sound. When we called Whirlpool initially, they were not able to look up my information because the fridge was so brand new. I tried contacting Whirlpool customer service on Facebook and was told the sounds that I was hearing was normal for a fridge. I responded and told them that I was very disappointed in their assistance thus far, and was told that they will file my complaints. LOL, like k, thanks that's very helpful when my brand new fridge is humming up a storm. The next day, we called the warranty line to try to get some help, and after being on hold almost an hour, was finally able to get through and get a technician scheduled to come take a look at the fridge 3 weeks from now. Understandable that everyone is busy, but I'm very disappointed that this fridge is brand new and we have to wait to get some assistance. Honestly, this whole experience with Whirlpool has been TERRIBLE and I would probably avoid buying any appliances from them in the future because their customer service has been so lackluster. I'm honestly bummed out that no other fridge that is under $2k has a water dispenser can fit in the space in my kitchen, otherwise I would have returned this fridge and got something else without a second thought.

Not so big but very spacious. It is quiet and good for small spaces. Very good price.

This fridge is very small. The freezer is worse. If you have a family with kids, do NOT buy this fridge. The top shelf (where you would put milk, etc) is not big enough to put anything larger than a carton of milk-juices are too big so you have to lay it down on the shelf. I have only had it for 4 months and now I have a poor seal on the freezer door that lets in moisture into the freezer. I try calling the geek squad and am told by the automated system that I can’t make an appointment to go online to schedule one. I go online and try and schedule the appointment there and it tells me that it can’t make the appointment online at this time, to call the number. Really Best Buy??? So now I guess I’m going to have to return to the store just to make an appointment to have someone look at it-wasting my time for something that could have been taken care of over the phone or e-Mail. I’m really tempted to just return it all together. If I can, I probably will.

Light should be brighter for ice and water. Shelves should be adjustable,

The freezer is a little disappointing but I love the refrigerator!
