As a 30+ year Best Buy card holder, this was a horrible experience and will keep me from shopping at Best Buy ever again. 4 failed delivery attempts. Very faulty customer service and delivery system. They dont care about customer, Days wasted waiting. Hours spent on phone with the worst customer service ever. Absolute Failure of a business. Will be spreading the word far and wide.

The delivery people were exceptional at getting a large frige into a small space

I wish the water dispenser had a place where I could place the cup. However, for my house’s height restriction due to cabinets, this was the best option. We love it. I wish the bins were sturdier. Within a few weeks it cracked. Whirlpool was great and sent me a replacement

This model came to us with eneven doors. The ice maker runs constantly, putting out small ice cubes The vent from the freezer to the refrigerator freezes water bottles on the top shelf of the refrigerator

My refrigerator died just before Thanksgiving - so, I needed something that was the right size (overhead cabinets, so under 70 inches high) and could be delivered within 3 days - not 2-3 months. I chose this product and am very pleased

I am not happy with the refrigerator. Only 1 glass (8 oz) of cold water is dispensed and the rest is room temperature. The refrigerator and freezer are kept at the default temp settings (3 bars) and the food/veggies/eggs in the refrigerator freeze. The Whirlpool technician came to the home for a checkup and said that the temp is fine and left. But, the food continues to freeze and eggs continue to break due to expansion with the freeze. I have lowered the temp to 2 bars and still the same issue.

Given the limited clearance we have given our cabinets this was one of the few options we had. The three storage drawers do not open very well compared to our previous kitchenaid. Also please know the internal shelves are non adjustable.

Ice/water dispenser in door not as easy to use as others I have had - little water comes out with ice every time. Design having ice dispenser behind water not such a good idea. Other than that no complaints.

I got stuck with this fridge because my Frigidaire Gallery blew right in the midst of the pandemic. At the time, I was extremely limited in my options due to an appliance shortage and this was the only available fridge that would fit in my kitchen. The ice maker is loud and you need to check the dispenser after each use as ice cubes occasionally get stuck. The water dispenser almost always drips after use so be prepared to be continuously wiping down the front of your fridge. The plastic drawers and shelves inside the fridge are extremely cheap. The vegetable drawer cracked after 4 months. That’s how cheaply this is made! Don’t waste your money on extended warranty. I doesn’t cover cracked parts...just repairs. Also, Best Buy’s customer service is horrendous. I contacted Best Buy’s Geek Squad and the first agent I spoke with said I had to contact Whirlpool directly since I had the fridge for less than a year. I tried calling Whirlpool but they’re closed. I proceeded to contact Best Buy’s customer service and the agent told me they would send out a tech to repair the plastic bin. I told him I was quite certain that plastic bins could not be repaired. He proceeded to transfer me to their parts department and the lady that answered said she doesn’t even sell parts for appliances. I must note that this rep was actually very pleasant. She transferred me back to a Geek Squad agent who informed bins are not covered. I asked if I could cancel my Geek Squad extended warranty and was told I could not since it had already been activated. I managed to get another agent on the phone who was able to cancel my extended warranty without incident. Long story short is, there is zero consistency amongst customer service representatives and it took me 2 hours to find out that my extended warranty was useless. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
